제1도는 본 발명의 실시예 및 비교예의 필름 표면의 돌기분포 곡선임.
Claims (13)
- 표면상에 많은 미세돌기를 갖는 2축 연신된 폴리에스테르 베이스필름으로서 다음 성질을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 필름:(a) 상기한 필름의 표면상에 20돌기/mm2이상인 구역에서 측정한 돌기의 수(y/mm2)와 돌기의 높이(x: ㎛로 표시)간의 관계를 나타내는 분포곡선에서, 돌기높이(x)가 최고치보다 더 큰 분포곡선의 부분이 직선 log10y=-18x+3.7과 교차하고,(b) 필름 표면상에 돌기의 수(y)가 20/mm2일 때, 높이(x)가 0.13㎛ 이상인 돌기가 존재하지 않고,(c) 상기한 필름의 표면거칠기(Ra)가 0.012㎛이하이고,(d) 상기한 필름의 종방향의 영률이 650kg/mm2이상이고,(e) 무부하하에 70℃에서 1시간 열처리될 때, 상기한 필름의 종방향의 열수축이 0.1% 이하이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 필름표면상에 돌기의 수(y)가 20/mm2일 때, 필름은 높이(x)가 0.10㎛ 이상인 돌기를 함유하지 않음을 특징으로 하는 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 표면거칠기(Ra)가 0.010미크로미터 이하인 필름.
- 제3항에 있어서, 표면거칠기(Ra)가 0.004~0.008미크로미터 이하인 필름.
- 제3항에 있어서, 종방향의 영률이 700kg/mm2이상인 필름.
- 제5항에 있어서, 종방향의 영률이 750kg/mm2이상인 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 종방향의 열수축이 0.06% 이하인 필름.
- 제7항에 있어서, 종방향의 열수축이 0.03% 이하인 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 종방향으로 4.1~5.5배까지, 그리고 횡방향으로 3.0~3.8배까지 연신된 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르가 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트인 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 내부에 분산된 불활성 고체 미립자를 함유하는 필름.
- 제11항에 있어서, 불활성 고체 미립자가 2산화규소, 2산화티타늄 또는 탄산칼슘인 필름.
