제1도는 본 발명의 실시예 및 비교예의 필름 표면의 돌기분포 곡선임.

Claims (13)

  1. 표면상에 많은 미세돌기를 갖는 2축 연신된 폴리에스테르 베이스필름으로서 다음 성질을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 필름:
    (a) 상기한 필름의 표면상에 20돌기/mm2이상인 구역에서 측정한 돌기의 수(y/mm2)와 돌기의 높이(x: ㎛로 표시)간의 관계를 나타내는 분포곡선에서, 돌기높이(x)가 최고치보다 더 큰 분포곡선의 부분이 직선 log10y=-18x+3.7과 교차하고,
    (b) 필름 표면상에 돌기의 수(y)가 20/mm2일 때, 높이(x)가 0.13㎛ 이상인 돌기가 존재하지 않고,
    (c) 상기한 필름의 표면거칠기(Ra)가 0.012㎛이하이고,
    (d) 상기한 필름의 종방향의 영률이 650kg/mm2이상이고,
    (e) 무부하하에 70℃에서 1시간 열처리될 때, 상기한 필름의 종방향의 열수축이 0.1% 이하이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 필름표면상에 돌기의 수(y)가 20/mm2일 때, 필름은 높이(x)가 0.10㎛ 이상인 돌기를 함유하지 않음을 특징으로 하는 필름.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 표면거칠기(Ra)가 0.010미크로미터 이하인 필름.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 표면거칠기(Ra)가 0.004~0.008미크로미터 이하인 필름.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 종방향의 영률이 700kg/mm2이상인 필름.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 종방향의 영률이 750kg/mm2이상인 필름.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 종방향의 열수축이 0.06% 이하인 필름.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 종방향의 열수축이 0.03% 이하인 필름.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 종방향으로 4.1~5.5배까지, 그리고 횡방향으로 3.0~3.8배까지 연신된 필름.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르가 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트인 필름.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 내부에 분산된 불활성 고체 미립자를 함유하는 필름.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 불활성 고체 미립자가 2산화규소, 2산화티타늄 또는 탄산칼슘인 필름.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 표면상에 자기 기록층을 갖는 필름.
