제1도는 기재필름의 종방향 및 횡방향 영의 계수(Young's modulus)의 관계를 나타낸다.
Claims (13)
- 종방향의 영계수가 850㎏/㎟이상, 횡방향의 영계수가 550㎏/㎟이상이며, 표면조도 (Ra)가 0.015∼0.040㎛의 범위이며, 100℃에서 1시간 유지시킨 경우에 있어서의 종방향의 열수축률이 0.3%인 2축 방향성 폴리에틸렌-2, 6-나프탈레이트 필름을 기재 필름으로 하여 그 위에 자성층을 부여한 것을 특징으로 하는 오디오 카세트용 자기 테이프.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기재 필름의 종방향의 영계수가 900㎏/㎟ 이상인 자기 테이프.
- 제2항에 있어서, 기재 필름의 종방향의 영계수가 950㎏/㎟ 이상인 자기 테이프.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기재 필름의 횡방향의 영계수가 600㎏/㎟ 이상인 자기 테이프.
- 제4항에 있어서, 기재 필름의 횡방향의 영계수가 650㎏/㎟ 이상인 자기 테이프.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기재 필름의 종방향의 영계수(EM)와 횡방향의 영계수(ET)와의 차 (△E=EM-ET)가 250㎏/㎟ 이상인 자기 테이프.
- 제1항에 있어서, 100℃에서 1시간 유지시킨 경우에 있어서의 기재 필름의 종방향의 열수축율이 0.15% 이하인 자기 테이프.
- 제7항에 있어서, 100℃에서 1시간 유지시킨 경우에 있어서의 기재 필름의 종방향의 열수축율이 0.10% 이하인 자기 테이프.
- 제1항에 있어서의, 자기필름의 표면 조도(Ra)는 0.20∼0.038㎛의 범위에 있는 자기 테이프.
- 제9항에 있어서의, 자기필름의 표면 조도(Ra)는 0.25∼0.036㎛의 범위에 있는 자기 테이프.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에틸렌-2, 6-나프탈레이트 필름은 0.1∼1.8㎛의 평균 입경을 가지며 0.01∼1.5중량% 첨가되는 불활성 고상미립자를 함유하는 자기 테이프.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 불활성 고상 미립자는 카울린, 이산화규소, 산화티탄, 탄화칼슘 및 이들중 2이상의 혼합물로 구성되는 군을 부터 선택되는 자기 테이프.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기재 필름의 밀도는 1.345∼1.355g/㎠의 범위내에 있는 자기 테이프.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
