제1도는 실시예 1에 따른 폴리에스테르 필름 횡단면의 트랜스미션(transmission) 전자 현미경사진이다.

Claims (6)

  1. 5 내지 40nm의 평균 입자 크기를 갖는 산화알루미늄 1차 입자로 이루어진 평균 입자 크기 50 내지 400nm의 응집괴가, 필름을 기주능로 0.05 내지 3중량% 함유된 2축 연신 폴리에스테르 필름.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 0.1 내지 5㎛의 평균 입자 크기를 갖는 부착 입자가 필름을 기준으로 0.01 내지 1중량%의 함유되어 있는 2축 연신 폴리에스테르 필름.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 0.1 내지 3㎛의 평균 입자 크기를 갖는 첨가 입자 0.05 내지 2중량%가 더 함유되어 있는 2축 연신 폴리에스테르 필름.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 0.05 내지 5㎛의 평균 입자 크기를 갖는 내열성 중합체의 미세 분말 0.01 내지 3중량%가 더 함유되어 있는 2축 연신 폴리에스테르 필름.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에스테르 필름이, 종방향 또는 횡방향에서의 F-5값이 12.0kg/㎟ 이상인 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 필름인 2축 연신 폴리에스테르 필름.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에스테르 필름이, 종방향 또는 횡방향에서의 F-5값이 15.0kg/㎟ 이상인 폴리에틸렌 2,6-나프탈레이트 필름인 2축 연신 폴리에스테르 필름.
