Abstract
본 발명은 폴리에스테르중에 적어도 2종류의 무기입자를 함유한 이축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름으로 무기입자 A의 평균입경 (DA)≤무기입자B의 평균 입경이며, 무기입자A에 의한 필름의 표면돌기의 높이(HA)〉무기입자B에 의한 필름의 표면돌기의 높이(HB)+0.03㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 이축배향 폴리에스테르 필름의 제조에 관한 것으로 본 발명의 이축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름은 콘덴서, 의료기구, 포장재료 사진 필름 및 라벨용 분야 뿐만 아니라, 특히 자기기록용 테이프로 사용하기에 매우 유용하다.

Claims (5)
- 적어도 2종류의 무기입자 A 및 B를 함유하는 폴리에스테르로부터 제조되는 이축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름에 있어서, 상기 무기입자 A 및 B가 하기 요건을 만족시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 필름: 무기입자A의 평균입경 (DA)≤무기입자B의 평균 입경(DB);및 무기입자A에 의한 필름의 표면돌기의 높이(HA)〉무기입자B에 의한 필름의 표면돌기의 높이(HB)+0.03㎛.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 무기입자A는 평균입경 0.05∼1.5㎛의 구상형 실리카이고, 상기 무기입자B는 평균입경 0.05∼2.0㎛의 합성 탄산칼슘인 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에스테르 중에 함유된 무기입자의 양은 폴리에스테르의 제조시 사용되는 단량체 성분들의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여 무기입자A는 0.01∼2.0중량%이고 무기입자 B는 0.01∼3.0중량%인 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에스테르 중에 함유된 무기입자 A 및 B의 중량비가 하기 요건을 만족시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 필름:1≤무기입자B 첨가량(WB)/무기입자A첨가량(WA)≤20
- 무기입자A의 평균입경 (DA)≤무기입자B의 평균 입경(DB)인 적어도 2종류의 무기입자A 및 B를 함유한 폴리에스테르를 용융압출시키고 이축연신 배향시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하며, 그 표면돌기가 하기 조건을 만족하는 이축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름의 제조방법: 무기입자A에 의한 필름의 표면돌기의 높이(HA)〉무기입자B에 의한 표면 돌기의 높이(HB)+0.03㎛.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
