Claims (9)
- 비자성 기체의 한 주표면상에 최대치 θmax과 최소치 θmix사이에서 변하는 입사각으로 경사 중착하여 형성된 자성층을 가지며 이 자성층은 적어도 2층의 코발트를 주성분으로 하는 강자성 금속박막을 필수성분으로 하여 이루어지는 자기기록매체로서, 기판에 인접하여 중착된 층과 기판으로부터 떨어져 중착된 층을 각각 최하층과 최상층으로 지정하면 강자성 금속박막의 최하층이 강자성 금속박막의 최상층보다 더 작은 θmax값으로 증착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기기록매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 최상층에 대한 강자성 금속의 증착과 관련된 θmax과 θmin의 합계를 최하층과 θmax과 θmin의 합계보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 자기기록매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 적어도 두층은 강자성 금속의 입사방향이 기체표면의 법선의 반대쪽에 서로 교차하도록 증착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기기록매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 최상층과 최하층의 증착시의 최소입사각 θmin은 각각 20내지 60°와 10내지 50°이고 최상층과 최하층의 증착시 최대입사각 θmax은 각각 80내지 90°와 31내지 89°인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기기록매체.
- 비자성 기체의 한 주표면상에 최대치 θmax와 최소치 θmin사이에 변하는 입사각으로 경사 증착하여 형성된 자성층을 가지며 이 자성층을 적어도 2층의 코발트를 주성분으로 하는 강자성 금속박막을 필수성분으로 하여 이루어지는 자기기록매체로서, 기판에 인접하여 증착된 층과 기판으로부터 떨어져 증착된 층을 각각 최하층과 최상층으로 지정하면 강자성 금속박막의 최상층이 강자성 금속박막의 최하층보다 더 큰 θmin값으로 증착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기기록매체.
- 제5항에 있어서, 최하층이 최상층보다 더 작은 θmax값으로 증착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기기록매체.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 최상층에 대한 강자성 금속의 증착과 관련된 θmax과 θmin의 합계를 최하층의 θmax과 θmin의 합계보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 자기기록매체.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 상기한 적오도 두층은 강자성 금속의 입사방향이 기체표면의 법선의 반대쪽에서 서로 교차하도록 증착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기기록매체.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 최사층과 최하층의 증착시 최소 입사각 θmin은 각각 20°내지 60°와 10°내지 50°이고 최상층과 최하층의 증착시 최대 입사각 θmax은 각각 80°내지 90°와 31°내지 89°인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기기록매체.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
