Abstract

본 발명은 분산매질내에 결합체, 전기전도성 중합체 및 안정화제를 함유하는 전기전도성 입자의 분산액 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 분산액은 그 입자가 비이온성 안정화제를 포함하고 있고 분산액의 안정성이 매우 양호하며 간단한 방식으로 물질에 피복물을 입히기에 매우 적당하고 상기 비복물은 우수한 피복성뿐 아니라 우수한 전기전도성을 가지며 피복물질상에 균일하게 분포되고 또한 상기 물질에 잘 접착됨을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (19)

  1. 입자가 비이온성 안정화제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 분산매질 내에 결합제 및 전기전도성 중합체를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기전도성 분산액.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 결합제가 비혼입 중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기전도성 입자의 분산액.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 비이온성 안정화제가 결합제에 화학적으로 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기전도성 입자의 분산액.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 전기전도성 중합체가 입자의 표면에 실질적으로 흡착된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기전도성 입자의 분산액.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 분산액이 결합제 및 안정화제의 총 중량에 대해서 1-50wt.%의 비이온성 안정화제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기전도성 입자의 분산액.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 비이온성 안정화제의 분자량이 500내지 5000g/mol의 것을 특징으로 하는 전기전도성 입자의 분산액.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 비이온성 안정화제가 1-20개의 탄소원자를 함유하는 단량체 단위로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기전도성 입자의 분산액.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 비 이온성 안정화제가 폴리옥시알킬에스테르 및 폴리옥시알킬에테르를 함유하는 기로부터 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기전도성 입자의 분산액.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 비이온성 안정화제가 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 또는 메톡시 폴리에틸렌 글리콜인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기전도성 입자의 분산액.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전기전도성 중합체가 결합제의 중량비가 0.1 : 99.9내지 20:80인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기전도성 입자의 분산액.
  11. 제1항 내지 제10항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 결합제가 알키드 수지, 폴리에스테르수지, 폴리우레탄수지, 아크릴레이트 수지, 수지를 포함하는 비닐아세테이트 및 상기 수지를 포함하는 하이브 리드계를 함유하는 기로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기전도성 입자의 분산액.
  12. 제1항 내지 제11항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전기전도성 중합체가 피롤, 티오펜, 아닐린을 함유하는 기로부터 단량체 단위 및 이들 단량체 단위의 유도체로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기전도성 입자의 분산액.
  13. 단량체를 결합제의 분산액내에서 전기전도성 중합시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 비이온성 안정화제를 포함하는 제1항 내지 제12항중 어느 한 항에 따른 전기전도성 입자의 분산액의 제조방법.
  14. 제13항의 방법을 포함하는 전도성 피복물을 입히는 방법.
  15. 전도성 피복물을 입히기 위한 제1항 내지 제12항의 어느 한 항에 따른 전기전도성 입자의 분산액의 용도.
  16. 제1항 내지 제12항의 어느 한 항에 따른 전기전도성 입자의 분산액으로 부터 전체적으로 또는 부분적으로 제조된 피복물.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 비전도도가 적어도 10-10s/㎝인 것을 특징으로 하는 피복물.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 비전도도가 적어도 10-10s/㎝인 것을 특징으로 하는 피복물.
  19. 실시예에 실질적으로 기술되고 설명된 것과 같이 전기전도성 입자의 분산액 및 그 제조방법.
