Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide a copying film with excellent strength and resolving power and so on which has as a bonding material a mixture of special linear saturated polyester resins with mutually different material properties and which is formed by a combination of carbon black and graft polymer and in which no PVC is used.
CONSTITUTION: (A) carbon black and graft polymer[for example, graft polymerization of monomers containing vinyl base such as acrylic acid (ester) etc.] and (B) a mixture of (a) linear saturated polyester resin of molecular weight: 16,000W22,000, glass transition temperature: 46W48°C, softening point: 156W160°C, and (b) a linear saturated polyester resn of molecular weight: 20,000W25,000, glass transition temperature: 3W5°C, softening point: 112W116°C[preferably resin ratio (weight), a:b= 6:4W7:3] are mixed in the preferable ratio (weight) of the component B, 100 and the component A, from 12 to 26 with a solvent such as toluene, etc. coexisting to form a conductive film which is a desired film.
