Abstract

본 발명은 정전기 방지상을 가진 신규의 플루오르 함유 수지 성형체에 관한 것이고, 구체적으로 본 발명은 이온 교환기(ion-exchange group)를 거의 함유하지 않는 플루오르 함유 수지로 이루어진 기저 재료의 표면층에 이온 교환기를 제공하여 표면 저항을 1013Ω이하로 조정하는 플루오르 함유 수지의 정전기 방지층을 제공함으로 인해, 플루오르 함유 수지에 내재하는 성질을 유지하면서 양호한 정전기 방지 효과를 나타내며, 거의 오염되지 않는 플루오르 함유 수지 성형체에 관한 것이다.

제1도는 본 발명의 플루오르 함유 성형체로 이루어진 웨이퍼 캐리어의 대표 구조를 예시하는 투시도이다.

Claims (11)

  1. 이온 교환기(ion-exchange group)를 거의 함유하지 않는 플루오르 함유 수지로 이루어진 기저 재료(base material)의 표면에, 이온 교환기를 제공하므로써 표면 저항을 1013Ω 이하로 조정하는 플루오르 함유 수지로 이루어진 정전기 방지층을 가지는 플루오르 함유 수지 성형체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 정전기 방지층에서, 퍼플루오르 양이온 교환기 또는 폴리플루오로 음이온 교환기일 수 있는 이온 교환기가 퍼플루오로카본쇄 또는 퍼플루오로에테르쇄를 통해 플루오르 함유 수지에 화학 결합되어 있는 플루오르 함유 수지 성형체.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 정전기 방지층이 이온 교환기를 0.25몰% 이상의 농도로 함유하는 플루오르 함유 수지층을 포함하는 플루오르 함유 수지 성형체.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 10kV의 전압을 1분 동안 걸어줄 경우, 1초 후 전압 감쇠율 (attenuation factor)이 70%이상인 플루오르 함유 수지 성형체.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이온 교환기가 퍼플루오로설폰산기 또는 그 알칼리 금속염 또는 그 암모늄염의 기인 플루오르 함유 수지 성형체.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 이온 교환기를 0.25몰% 이상의 농도로 함유하는 플루오르 함유 수지층이 1 내지 500㎛의 두께를 가지는 플루오르 함유 수지 성형체.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 플루오르 함유 수지 성형체가 웨이퍼 캐리어(wafer carrier)인 플루오르 함유 수지 성형체.
  8. 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 플루오르 함유 수지 성형체가 튜브 또는 파이프인 플루오르 함유 수지 성형체.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 기저 재료가 10㎛ 이상의 두께를 가지는 플루오르 함유 수지 성형체.
  10. 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 플루오르 함유 수지 성형체가 필름 또는 시트인 플루오르 함유 수지 성형체.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 기저 재료가 10㎛ 이상의 두께를 가지는 플루오르 함유 수지 성형체.
