Abstract

본 발명은 연신된 중합체 기재 층을 포함하며, 상기 기재 층의 한쪽면상에는 에틸렌-프로필렌 블록 공중합체 층을 가지고 다른 한쪽 면상에는 박리 코팅을 가지는 박리 필름에 관한 것이다. 이때 상기 박리 재료는 실리콘-아크릴레이트 박리 재료를 포함하며, 이는 그 내부에 4차 암모늄 염을 포함할 수 있다.

Claims (13)

  1. 연신된 열가소성 중합체 기재 층을 포함하며, 상기 기재 층의 한쪽 면상에는 에틸렌-프로필렌 블록 공중합체를 포함하는 표면 층을 가지고 다른 한쪽 면상에는 박리 코팅을 가지는 박리 필름.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기재는 폴리올레핀 필름을 포함하고 상기 박리 코팅은 실리콘-아크릴레이트 코팅을 포함하는 박리 필름.
  3. 연신된 열가소성 중합체 기재 층을 포함하며, 상기 기재 층의 한쪽 면상에는 실리콘-아크릴레이트 재료를 포함하고 그 내부에 4차 암모늄 염을 함유하는 박리 코팅을 가지는 박리 필름.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 4차 암모늄 염이 실리콘-아크릴레이트 재료중에 0.2 내지 8중량%의 양으로 존재하는 박리 필름.
  5. 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 연신된 열가소성 중합체 기재가 그것의 다른 한쪽 면상에 에틸렌-프로필렌 블록 공중합체를 포함하는 표면 층을 가지는 박리 필름.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀 기재가 단독중합체, 공중합체 또는 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는 박리 필름.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 단독중합체가 폴리프로필렌인 박리 필름.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌-프로필렌 블록 공중합체가 20중량% 이하의 에틸렌 함량 및 1 내지 100g/10분의 용융 유동 지수를 가지는 박리 필름.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 블록 공중합체가 3 내지 약 15중량%의 에틸렌 함량을 가지는 박리 필름.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌-프로필렌 블록 공중합체 표면이, 상기 필름의 로울을 전개하는 동안, 매끄러운 표면에 비해 감소된 정전 포텐셜을 발생시키고 불변적인 방식으로 행로를 따라 이동하는 필름을 형성시키는 특이한 표면 조직을 가지는 박리 필름.
  11. 에틸렌-프로필렌 블록 공중합체를 포함하는 표면 층을 로울 전개시 정전 포텐셜의 발생을 감소시키기 위해 박리 필름에 사용하는 방법.
  12. 에틸렌-프로필렌 블록 공중합체를 포함하는 표면 층을 행로 이동양상을 개선시키기 위해 박리 필름에 사용하는 방법.
  13. 라벨 표면으로의 박리 재료의 이동을 방지하기 위해 실리콘-아크릴레이트 재료를 포함하는 박리 코팅내에 4차 암모늄 염을 사용하는 방법.
