Abstract

필름의 광학 특성을 변화시키지 않으면서 층의 잉크 인쇄능 특성을 향상시키는 중합체성 수지 첨가제를 함유하는 폴리올레핀 물질로 필수적으로 이루어진 하나 이상의 인쇄가능한 외부층(11)을 포함하는 잉크 인쇄가능한 필름(10)이 기술되어 있다.

광택성의 투명한 잉크 인쇄 가능한 폴리올레핀계 필름 조성물(GLOSSY AND TRANSPARENT INK-PRINTABLE POLYOLEFINIC FILM COMPOSITION)

제1도는 본 발명의 필름 구조물의 한 양태의 확대한 부분 단면도이다.
제2도는 본 발명의 필름 구조물의 또 다른 양태의 확대한 부분 단면도이다.
제3도는 본 발명에 따라 라벨을 제조하는데 유용한 감압성 접착제 필름 중의 한 양태의 확대한 부분 단면도이다.
제4도는 본 발명에 따라 라벨을 제조하는데 유용한 감압성 접착제 필름 중의 또 다른 양태의 확대한 부분 단면도이다.

Claims (13)

  1. 필름의 광학 특성에 불리한 영향을 미치지 않으면서 층의 잉크 인쇄능 특성을 향상시키는 하나 이상의 중합체성 첨가제와 하나 이상의 폴리올레핀 물질로 필수적으로 이루어진 하나 이상의 잉크 인쇄가능한 외부층을 포함하는 필름.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 감압성(pressure-sensitive) 접착제 층을 추가로 포함하는 필름.
  3. 제1항의 필름으로부터 제조된 라벨.
  4. 제2항의 필름으로부터 제조된 감압성 라벨.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 중합체성 첨가제가 그의 화학구조내에 이중결합 또는 이중결합과 폴리스티렌을 갖는 올레핀계 중합체 또는 공중합체인 필름.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 중합체성 첨가제가 스티렌 블록 공중합체, 개질된 폴리올레핀 및 어느 정도 불포화된 폴리올레핀 중합체로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 물질을 포함하는 필름.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 중합체성 첨가제가 스티렌 블록 공중합체인 필름.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 스티렌 블록 공중합체가 스티렌-이소프렌-스티렌 또는 스티렌-이소프렌인 필름.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀 물질이 에틸렌 중합체인 필름.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀 물질이 LDPE, MDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, PP, 프로필렌-에틸렌 공중합체 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 필름.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 중합체성 첨가제가 3 내지 50중량%의 양으로 존재하는 필름.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 중합체성 첨가제가 5 내지 30중량%의 양으로 존재하는 필름.
  13. i)필름의 광학 특성에 불리한 영향을 미치지 않으면서 층의 잉크 인쇄능 특성을 향상시키는 하나 이상의 중합체성 첨가제와 하나 이상의 폴리올레핀 물질로 필수적으로 이루어진 하나 이상의 잉크 인쇄가능한 외부층을 포함하는 필름을 제공하는 단계 및 ii)잉크 인쇄가능한 외부층 위에 인쇄하는 단계를 포함하는 라벨의 제조 방법.
