Abstract

본 발명은 포장용으로 전체적인 이행이 상당히 감소된, 향상된 수증기 차단성을 갖고 하기 층구조를 갖는 연신된 봉합성 폴리프로필렌 필름에 관한 것이다.

상기식에서, a) c는 분자량이 약 2,000/gmol 이하이고 연화점이 130℃ 이상인 폴리프로필렌 및 탄화수소 수지의 기층이고, b) B는 탄화수소를 함유하지 않는 고 이소택틱 폴리프로필렌(이소택틱도>94%)의 재킷층으로서, 재킷층의 두께와 기층의 두께간의 비율은 0.01 내지 0.1이며, C) A는 열-봉합성 폴리올레핀 공중합체 또는 삼원 공중합체의 2개의 표면층으로서, 이들 표면층은 하나 이상의 점착방지제, 윤활제 및 대전 방지제를 함유한다.

Claims (9)

  1. 하기 구조로 특징지워지는, 포장용으로 전체적인 이행이 상당히 감소되고, 수증기 차단성이 향상된 연신된, 보다 구체적으로는 이축 연신된 봉합성 폴리프로필렌 필름.

    상기식에서, a) c는 분자량이 약 2,000g/mol 이하이고 연화점이 130℃ 이상인 폴리프로필렌 및 탄화수소 수지의 기층(base layer)이고, b) B는 탄화수소를 함유하지 않는 고 이소택틱 폴리프로필렌(이소택틱도>94%)의 재킷층으로서, 재킷층의 두께와 기층의 두께간의 비율은 0.01 내지 0.1이며, C) A는 열-봉합성 폴리올레핀 공중합체 또는 삼원 공중합체의 2개의 표면층으로서, 이들 표면층은 하나 이상의 점착방지제, 윤활제 및 대전방지제를 함유한다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 기층 C가 석유 수지, 테르펜 수지 또는 콜타르 수지 그룹으로부터의 탄화수소 수지를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 봉합성 필름.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 탄화수소 수지가 수소화 올리고머성 사이클로펜타디엔 수지임을 특징으로 하는 봉합성 필름.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 표면층 A가 필수적으로 -통계적 프로필렌/에틸렌 공중합체, 통계적 프로필렌/1-부텐 공중합체, -통계적 프로펠렌/에틸렌/올레핀 삼원공중합체 및, -상기한 중합체 2 또는 3종의 혼합물로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 봉합성 필름.
  5. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한에 있어서, 표면층이 점착방지제로서 이산화규소, 탄산칼슘, 폴리메틸 메타크릴 레이트, 폴리카보네이트, 실리콘 또는 HDPE(고밀도 폴리에틸렌)를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 봉합성 필름.
  6. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 기층 C 및/또는 표면층 A가 윤활제를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 봉합성 필름.
  7. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한항에 있어서, 기층 C 및/또는 표면층 A가 대전방지제를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 봉합성 필름.
  8. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 코로나, 화염, 플래즈마 또는 불소 예비처리로 한면 또는 양면을 예비처리함을 특징으로 하는 봉합성 필름.
  9. 포장 물질로서의 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에서 청구된 봉합성 필름의 용도.
