Claims (15)

  1. (A) 적어도 하나의 하기식(1)의 글리콜 에테르 화합물, 및 (B) 적어도 하나의 비이온성 계면 활성제의 혼합물로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 로진계 땜납 용제 제거용 세정제.
    (상기식에서 R1은 수소원자 또는 C1-5알킬기이며, R2는 C1-5알킬기이고, R3는 수소원자 또는 메틸기이고, n은 2~4의 정수임.)
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 비이온성 계면 활성제는 하기식(2)의 계면활성제임을 특징으로 하는 세정제.
    (상기식에서 R은 직쇄 또는 측쇄 C6-20알킬기, 페닐기, 또는 직쇄 또는 측쇄 C7-12알킬기로 치환된 페닐기이며, n은 2~20의 정수임.)
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 혼합물은 약95~약10중량%의 식(1)의 글리콜 에테르 화합물 및 약5~약90중량%의 비이온성 계면활성제로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 세정제.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 혼합물은 약90~약70중량%의 식(1)의 글리콜 에테르 화합물 및 약10~약30중량%의 비이온성 계면활성제로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 세정제.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 물을 더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 세정제.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 약50~약100중량% 농도로 활성 성분의 혼합물을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 세정제.
  7. (A)적어도 하나의 하기식(1)의 글리콜 에테르 화합물, 및 (B) 적어도 하나의 비이온성 계면 활성제의 혼합물로 구성된 세정제를 인쇄 배선 기판상의 융제와 접촉시킴을 특징으로 하는 로진계 땜납 융제 제거를 위한 세정방법.
    (상기식에서 R1은 수소원자 또는 C1-5알킬기이며, R2는 C1-5알킬기이고, R3는 수소원자 또는 메틸기이고, n은 2~4의 정수임.)
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 비이온성 계면 활성제는 하기식(2)의 계면활성제임을 특징으로 하는 세정방법.
    (상기식에서 R은 직쇄 도는 측쇄 C6-20알킬기, 페닐기, 또는 직쇄 또는 측쇄 C7-12알킬기로 치환된 페닐기이며, n은 2~20의 정수임.)
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 혼합물은 약95~약10중량%의 식(1)의 글리콜 에테르 화합물 및 약5~약90중량%의 비이온성 계면활성제로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 세정 방법.
  10. 제7항에 있어서, 혼합물은 약90~약70중량%의 식(1)의 글리콜 에테르 화합물 및 약10~약30중량%의 비이온성 계면활성제로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 세정 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 세정제는 물을 더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 세정 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 세정제는 약50~약100중량% 농도로 활성 성분의 혼합물을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 세정 방법.
  13. 제7항에 있어서, 세정제는 융제 제거에 효율적인 시간 및 온도에서 인쇄 배선 기판상의 로진계 땜납 융제와 접촉함을 특징으로 하는 세정방법.
  14. 제7항에 있어서, 세정제는 대략 실온에서 로진계 땜납 용제와 접촉함을 특징으로 하는 세정 방법.
  15. 제7항에 있어서, 인쇄 배선 기판을 물로 세척하는 단계를 더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 세정 방법.
