Claims (11)
- 하기식을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 그래프트 공중합체.[상기식중, AaMb는 (공)중합체 골격에 상응하고, XcPd는 (공)중합체 골격상에 그래프트된 중합체에 상응하며, A는 탄소원자수 2 내지 8인 α-모노-올레핀으로부터 유도된, 바람직하게는 프로필렌으로 부터 유도된 단위이고, M은 -탄소 원자수 2 내지 8인 α-모노-올레핀으로 부터 유도된, 바람직하게는 에틸렌으로 부터 유도된단위, -단순히 함께 혼합될 수 있거나 또는 랜덤 공중합화 또는 블록-공중합화될 수 있는 상기 정의된 여러개의 α-모노-올레핀으로 부터 유도된 것으로서, 이들 α-모노-올레핀 중 하나가 바람직하게는 에틸렌인 단위, -상기 정의된 α-모노-올레핀 중 하나와 중합화될 수 있는 모노머로 부터 유도된, 예를들면 알킬 아크릴레이트와 같은 단위로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되며, 상기(공) 중합체 골격을 형성하는 단위 A 및 M은 랜덤 공중합화 또는 블록-공중합화되거나 또는 단순한 혼합물이고, X는 유리-라디칼 기작에의해 α-모노-올레핀 단족-또는 공중합체상에 그래프트될 수 있는 모노머로 부터 유도되고 아미노-치환 단위와 반응할 수 있는 작용기를 함유하는 단위이며, P는 하기 일반식(I)의 폴리아미드 올리고머,(식중, f는 3 내지 11이고 ; p는 5 내지 80, 바람직하게는 15 내지 55이며 ; R5는 수소 또는 탄소 원자수 20이하의 직쇄 또는 측쇄의 알킬기이고 ; R6는 탄소 원자수 20이하의 직쇄 또는 측쇄의 알킬 또는 알케닐기, 포화될 수 있거나 또는 포화될 수 없는 지환족 라디칼, 방향족 라디칼 또는 상기 언급된 것들의 조합물이다)로부터 유도되고, a는 0 내지 5,000, 바람직하게는 350 내지 2,000이며, 함계 a+b는 350 내지 45,000, 바람직하게는 500 내지 10,000이고, c는 X로 그래프트된 공중합체에 대한(공)중합체 골격상에 그래프트된 모노머 X의 중량비가 500ppm 내지 10%, 바람직하게는, 5,000ppm 내지 2%인 방법으로 선택되며, d는 0이 아니고 c이하이고, 바람직하게는 적어도 0.3c이다]
- 제1항에 있어서, X가 하기 일반식(II) 내지 (IV)의 생성물로부터 선택된 모모어임을 특징으로 하는 그래프트 공중합체.[상기식중, R1및 R2는 수소이거나 또는 탄소 원자수 8이하의 직쇄 또는 측쇄의 알킬쇄로서 R1및 R2중 적어도 하나는 수소이고, R3는 수소 또는 탄소 원자수 10이하의 직쇄 또는 측쇄의 알킬기이며, R4는 탄소 원자수 12이하의 직쇄 또는 측쇄의 알케닐기이다]
- -아민 작용기와 반응할수 있는 모노머를(공)중합체 골격상에 유리-라디칼 그래프트시키고, -이어서 폴리아미드 올리고머를 상기 그래프트된 공중합체상에 가함을 특징으로 하는 제1 내지 2항중 하나에 따른 그래프트 공중합체의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 아민 작용기와 반응할 수 있는 모노머가 시트라콘산 무수물, 푸마르산, 메사콘산, 3-아릴숙신산의 무수물로부터 선택되고, 바람직하게는 말레산 무수물임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제3 또는 4항에 있어서, 하기 일반식(VII)의 단 작용성 중합 조절제의 존재하에 하기 일반식(V)의 아미노산을 중축합시키거나 또는 하기 일반식(VI)의 락탐을 다중 첨가하여 하기 일반식(I)의 폴리아미드 올리고머를 수득함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.[상기식중, f, g, R5는 상기 정의된 바와 동일하다.]
- 제5항에 있어서, 폴리아미드 올리고머 합성용 모노더가 카프롤락탐, 11-아미노운데칸산 또는 도데카락탐으로 부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5 및 6항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 단작용성 중합조절제가 라우릴아민 또는 올레일아민 임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1 또는 2항에 기재된 화합물을 가하여 혼화되도록 한 적어도 불혼화성인 열가소성 중합체의 알로이(alloy).
- 제8항에 있어서, 제1 또는 2항중 어느 한항에 따른 그래프트 공중합체 ; 및 프로필렌 및/또는 에틸렌의 지방족(코)폴리아미드-(공)중합체, 프로필렌 및/또는 에틸렌의 세미방향족(코)폴리아미드-(공)중합체, 프로필렌 및/또는 에틸렌의 블록 폴리에테르아미드-(공)중합체, 프로필렌 및/또는 에틸렌의 비닐페놀 중합체-(공)중합체, 프로필렌 및/또는 에틸렌의 가수분해된(에틸렌-비닐 아세테이트)공중합체-(공)중합체중 하나의 열가소성 중합체의 쌍을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 알로이.
- 제9항에 있어서, 하기의 쌍으로 부터 선택된 알로이.폴리아미드 6 -폴리프로필렌폴리아미드 6 -폴리에틸렌폴리아미드 6 -에틸렌/프로필렌 공중합체폴리아미드 11 또는 12 -에틸렌/프로필렌 또는 폴리에틸렌또는 에틸렌/프로필렌공중합체가수분해된 에틸렌-비닐 아세테이트 공중합체-폴리프로필렌 또는 폴리에틸렌또는 에틸렌/프로필렌공중합체블록폴리에테르 아미드 -폴리프로필렌 또는 폴리에틸렌또는 에틸렌/프로필렌 공중합체폴리파라비닐페놀 -폴리프로필렌 또는 폴리에틸렌또는 에틸렌/프로필렌공중합체세미방향족 폴리아미드 -폴리프로필렌 또는 폴리에틸렌또는 에틸렌/ 프로필렌 공중합체.
- 제8항 내지 10항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 제1 또는 2항에 기재된 그래프트 공중합체를 열가소성 수지의 혼합물의 중량에 대하여 0.1 내지 30중량%, 바람직하게는 5 내지 15중량% 함유함을 특징으로 하는 알로이※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
