제 1 도는 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 고체 전해질 캐패시터의 구조를 나타낸 부분 단면도이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 점착성 유전체 산화물 피막을 갖는 전극과, 모노머를 산화제와 접촉 반응시키는 화학적 산화법에 의해 형성된 도전성 폴리머층(I) 및 전기화학적 산화법에 의해 도전성 폴리머층(I)상에 형성된 도전성 폴리머층(II)으로 된 고체 전해질을 결합하여 구성시킨 전기적 특성 및 열적안정성을 갖는 고체 전해질 캐패시터.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 전극을 알루미늄 또는 탄탈륨으로 제조한 고체전해질 캐패시터.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 도전성 폴리머층(I)이 폴리피롤 또는 폴리아닐린인 고체전해질 캐패시터.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 산화제가 이산화 염소인 고체 전해질 캐패시터.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 도전성 폴리머층(II)이 폴리피롤 또는 폴리아닐틴인 고체 전해질 캐패시터.
