제 1 도는 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 고체 전해질 캐패시터의 구조를 나타낸 부분 단면도이다.
Claims (5)
- 점착성 유전체 산화물 피막을 갖는 전극과, 모노머를 산화제와 접촉 반응시키는 화학적 산화법에 의해 형성된 도전성 폴리머층(I) 및 전기화학적 산화법에 의해 도전성 폴리머층(I)상에 형성된 도전성 폴리머층(II)으로 된 고체 전해질을 결합하여 구성시킨 전기적 특성 및 열적안정성을 갖는 고체 전해질 캐패시터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전극을 알루미늄 또는 탄탈륨으로 제조한 고체전해질 캐패시터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 도전성 폴리머층(I)이 폴리피롤 또는 폴리아닐린인 고체전해질 캐패시터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 산화제가 이산화 염소인 고체 전해질 캐패시터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 도전성 폴리머층(II)이 폴리피롤 또는 폴리아닐틴인 고체 전해질 캐패시터.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
