Claims (1)
- 집전전극(1)과 소결 분극성 전극(2)가 그들 각각의 표면상에 형성된 도전성 금속 증착막(5), (6)을 통하여 접촉되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 이중층 콘덴서.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
