Claims (1)

  1. 절연기판상에 복수의 전극단자와, 상기 전극단자중의 저압측으로 되는 제1의 단자와 고압측으로 되는 제2의 단자와의 사이에 있어서 소정의 패턴을 가지고 배치되는 저항체층이 형성됨과, 함께, 상기 저항체층을 피막하는 절연피막이 설치되고, 상기 절연기판상에 있어서의 상기 제1의 단자와 상기 제2의 단자를 잇는 방향의 단위길이 당의 상기 저항체층의 저항치가, 상기 절연기판상의 상기 절연피막의 표면전위와 상기 저항체층의 전위간의 차가 크게 되는 고전위차부위와 상기 제2의 단자의 부위와의 사이에 있어서 보다도 상기 고전위차 부위와 상기 제1의 단자의 부위와의 사이에 있어서의 쪽이 크게 되도록 된 음극선관의 내장 저항기.
