Claims (3)

  1. 절연성 기판위에 형광체을 피착한 양극과, 상기 양극의 근방의 기판위에 배설된 그리드와, 상기 양극의 위쪽에 팽팽하게 설치된 필라멘트상 음극을 가지는 형광 표시관에 있어서, 상기 그리드는 기판위에 배설된 금속박막부와, 상기 금속박막부의 양극측 주연부를 노출시키도록 적층시킨 절연층부와 상기 절연층부위에서 상기 금속박막부와 전기적 접속하도록 적층 배설한 도전층부에서 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 형광 표시관.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속박막부(16)와 도전층부(17)의 전기적 접속이 절연층부(14)에 설치된 드루우호울(13)에 의해 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 형광 표시관.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 도전층부는 양극에 의해 돌출설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 형광 표시관.
