제2도는 본발명에 의한 전기2중층 콘덴서를 구성하는 전극체와 집전체의 접합을 나타내는 설명도,
제3(a),(b),(c)도는 종래의 전기2중층 콘덴서를 구성하는 전극체와 집전체의 접촉상태를 나타내는 설명도이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 활성탄 미립자 분체를 소결 결합시킨 다공질 소결체에 의해서 형성되어 한쪽의 면을 서로 마주보고 배설된 한쌍의 전극체와, 상기 한쌍의 전극체 사이에 배설된 세피레이터와, 상기 전극체 및 세퍼레이터 수납 개스킷과, 상기 전극체의 각각 다른쪽의 면에 각각 접합되고 또 둘레를 상기 개스킷에 접합시킨 집전체로 이루어진 전기 2중층 콘덴서로서, 상기 집전체를 도전성 수지막으로 구성하여, 그 도전성 막의 상기 전극체와의 접합면을 용매에 의해서 용해시키고, 상기 용해된 도전성 수지막의 일부를 전극체의 구멍내에 침입시켜 전극체와 도전성 막을 접합하는 전기 2중층 콘덴서.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용매가 유기 용매인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 2중층 콘덴서.
