Abstract
PURPOSE:To realize a low capacitance value while a good temperature characteristic and a stable passage-of-time characteristic are maintained by a method wherein an element is constituted by laying a separator and an electrolyte between carbon electrodes composed of graphite, carbon black, active charcoal or the like and at least one electrode is composed of an expansible graphite sheet. CONSTITUTION:An expansible graphite sheet is used as a positive-side electrode, and an active charcoal fiber fabric is used as a negative-side electrode. An aluminum layer is formed on one face of them by a plasma flame-spraying operation. These are formed to be 6mm in diameter; a metal case of 11mm in outer diameter, a metal lid and a stopper are prepared; the metal lid composed of an SUS 304 material whose potential is made negative and the metal case whose potential is made positive, whose inner face is composed of aluminum and whose external face is composed of the SUS 304 material are made clad and are united. A separator is composed of a porous nonwoven fabric sheet composed of a polypropylene fiber. The stopper is composed of a polypropylene resin molded substance. An electrolyte is composed of propylene carbonate and 1mol of tetraethylammonium tetrafluoroborate; 30mul of this electrolyte is used. A sealing auxiliary agent is coated on an inner face of the stopper and an inside face of the metal case.
