일차 복조환식아민의 디세레노비스 벤조산아민과 그 제조방법 및 그 약제화합물

Claims (5)

  1. 하기 일반식 (Ⅰ)의 디세레노비스 벤조산 아미드
    여기서 R1및 R2는 상호 같거나 다르며, 히드로겐, 할로겐, C1-4-알킬, C1-4-알콕시, 트리플루오로메틸, 니트로 또는 이와 함께 메틸렌디옥시를 나타내고, n은 0 또는 1부터 4이며, R3는 니트로겐족, 술퍼족 및 옥시겐족으로부터 선택된 환식핵 내의 하나 또는 두개의 환식원자를 갖는 포화 또는 불포화된 이종환식 잔유물이고, 상기 잔유물은 치환되지 않거나 할로겐, C1-2-알킬, C1-2-알콕시, 니트로 또는 히드록시에 의해 동일한 방법이나 다른 방법으로 1회 또는 2회 치환된다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 R1및 R2가 상호 같거나 다를 수도 있으면서 히드로겐, 플루오린, 클로린 메틸, 메톡시, 니트로 또는 이와 함께 메틸렌디옥시를 나타내고, n은 0이거나 1부터 4이며, R3는 니트로겐족, 술퍼족 및 옥시겐족으로부터 선택된 환식핵 내의 하나 또는 두개의 이종원자를 포함하는 복소환식 잔유물을 나타내고, 상기 잔유물이 피리딘, 디아졸, 티오펜, 피페리딘, 피롤리딘, 퓨릴, 이소옥사졸 및 몰풀린으로부터 선택되며, 상기 북소환식 잔유물은 치환되지 않거나 클로린, 메틸, 메톡시 니트로 또는 히드록시에 의해 1회 또는 2회 치환되는 것일 특징인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 디세레노비스-벤조산 아미드.
  3. 제1항 내지 제2항의 화합물 제조방법에 있어서, 벤즈의 소세레나졸론이 하기의 일반식 (Ⅱ)으로 표시된 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물 제조방법.
    여기서 R1, R2, R3및 n은 일반식(Ⅰ)에서와 같은 의미를 가지며, 일반식(Ⅱ)이 실온에서 적합한 유기용매내의 메르캅탄의 동일반자량 반응에 의해 일반식(Ⅲ)의 중간화합물 수율로 변환되며 일반식(Ⅲ)은 메틸아민의 부가에 의해 변환되며 상기 일반식(Ⅲ)의 중간화합물은 일반식(Ⅰ)의 디세레노비스 벤조산 아미드 수율로 변환된다.
  4. 제1항 및 제2항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅱ)의 벤즈이소세레나졸론이 실온의 적합한 유기용매에서 디티올의 등분자량 반응에 의해 일반식(Ⅰ)의 디세레노비스 벤조산 아미드로 변환되는 것이 특징인 화합물 제조방법.
  5. 제1항 및 제2항에 따른 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 상용의약 보조제 및 보균제와 함께 혼합제 내에서 활성성분으로 포함하는 것이 특징인 약제화합물.
