Claims (4)
- 일반식(Ⅱ)의 실포닐화 헤테로방향족 화합물을 산수용채롯 무기염기 및 희석제로서 유기 또는 무기용매의존재하, 및 필요시 상전이 촉매 존재하에, -50℃ 내지 +150℃의 온도에서 일반식(Ⅲ)의 α- 옥시아세트아미드아 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여, 일반식(Ⅰ)의 헤테로아릴옥시아세트아미드를 제조하는 방법.상기식에서, R은 벤조 융합될 수도 있는 임의 치환된 5원 헤테로사이클이고; R1및 R2는 각기 독립적으로 수소, 알킬, 알케닐, 알키닐, 임의 치환된 사이클로알킬 또는 사이클로알케닐, 할로게노알킬, 알콕시알킬, 알콕시, 아르알킬 또는 임의 치환된 아릴이거나, R1및 R2는 이들이 결합되어 있는 질소원자와 함께 헤테로원자를 더 함유할 수 있는 임의 치환된, 포화되거나 불포화된 헤테로사이클이고; R'는 저급 알킬 또는 임의 치환된 벤질이며; R는 수소 또는 아실이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응을 -20°내지 +100℃의 온도에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 벤즈티아졸 -2-일 메틸 설폰 또는 벤즈티아졸 -2-일 에틸 설폰을 N-메틸하이드록시-아세트아닐리드와 반응시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 2-메틸설포닐-5-트리플루오로메틸-1,3,4-티아디아졸 또는 2-에틸설포닐-5-트리플루오로메틸-1,3,4-티아디아졸을 N-메틸하이드록시아세트아닐리드와 반응시키는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
