Claims (9)
- 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 일반식(Ⅲ)의 화합물과 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 및 그의 토오토머 및 산부가염을 제조하는 방법.상기 일반식에서R, R1및 R2는 같거나 다르며, 각각 수소원자 또는 탄소수 1내지 4의 알킬그룹을 나타내며, R3는 산소, 유황, 또는 질소원자 등의 헤테로원자를 임의로 함유하는 직쇄 또는 측쇄 알킬그룹, 직쇄 또는 측쇄알킬닐 그룹, 알키닐그룹, 시아노그룹, 사이클로알킬 또는 지환족 알킬 그룹, 비사이클릭그룹, 아릴그룹, 헤테로사이클릭그룹을 나타내거나 R3및 R2는 이들이 부착된 질소원자와 함께 헤테로사이클릭그룹을 나타내며, R4는 수소원자, 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬 또는 알콕시 그룹 또는 할로겐원자를 나타내며, Het는 두개 또는 세개의 헤테로원자를 함유하는 치환되거나 비치환된 헤테로사이클릭 그룹을 나타내며 A는 메톡시 또는 에톡시 그룹을 나타낸다.
- 제1항에 있어서 불활성 유기용매 존재하에 반응을 수행하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서 불활성 유기용매가 에탄올, 디옥산 또는 아세톤인 방법.
- 제1 내지 3항의 어느 하나에 있어 반응을 20 내지 60℃에서 수행하는 방법.
- 일반식(Ⅵ)의 화합물을 상기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 아민과 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여 상기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.상기 일반식에서 R2및 R3는 제1항에서 전술한 바와 같고 Y는 메틸 또는 에틸 그룹을 나타낸다.
- 제5항에 있어서 반응을 20 내지 80℃에서 수행하는 방법.
- 일반식(Ⅶa) 또는 (Ⅶb) 화합물을 일반식(Ⅳ)의 아민과 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여 상기 일반식(Ⅰ) 화합물을 제조하는 방법.상기 일반식에서 R, R1내지 R4및 Het는 제1항에서 전술한 바와 같고, B는 시아노, 아세틸, 카브에톡시 또는 카바밀 그룹을 나타낸다.
- 제7항에 있어서 물 또는 디메틸포름아미드 존재하에 반응을 수행하는 방법.
- 제7 및 8항에 있어서 반응을 실온에서 수행하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
