Claims (23)
1) 다음 일반식(Ⅱ)의 에스테르를 염기성 또는 산성매질중에서 가수분해한 후, 필요시 수득된 산을 염화시킴을 특징으로 하는 다음 일반식(Ⅰ)의 헤테로사이클릭 화합물 및 이들의 비독성 부가염의 제조방법.
상기 일반식에서 Z는 황원자를 나타내는데, 단 Y가 황원자를 나타내거나 또는 X=Y=N일 경우 산소원자를 나타낼 수 있고 Y는 산소 또는 황원자 또는 메틸렌을 나타내고, X가 질소인 경우 Y는 질소원자를 나타낼 수도 있으며, X는 CH 또는 질소원자를 나타내고, R₁ 및 R₂는 수소, 할로겐 또는 트리플루오로메틸, 메톡시, 티오메틸, 티오메틸, 티오트리플루오로메틸 또는 트리플루오로메톡시기를 나타낼 수 있고, R₃ 및 R₄는 수소, 저급알킬기(탄소수 1 내지 5의 직쇄 또는 측쇄) 또는 임의로 치환된 페닐 또는 피리딜핵을 나타낼 수 있고, R'는 직쇄측쇄의 탄소수 1 내지 5의 저급알킬기를 나타낸다.
제1항에 있어서, 가수분해를 수용성 알콜매질, 테트라하이드로푸란/물, 디옥산/물 또는 수-혼화성 용매중에서 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
제1항에 있어서, 가수분해를 25 내지 100℃의 온도에서 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
제1항에 있어서, Z가 황원자를 나타내는 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 가수분해시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
제1항 또는 4항에 있어서, Y가 황원자를 나타내는 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 가수분해시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
제1항, 4항 또는 5항중 어느 하나에 있어서, R₁이 수소를 나타내고 R₂가 불소를 나타내는 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 가수분해시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
제1항, 4항, 5항 또는 6항중 어느 하나에 있어서, R₃가 수소를 나타내고 R₄가 메틸 또는 페닐기를 나타내는 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 가수분해시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
제1항 내지 3항중 어느 하나에 있어서, X가 CH를 나타내고, R₁ 및 R₂가 수소이거나 또는 이들중 하나가 수소이면 다른 하나는 불소 또는 염소이며, R₃ 및 R₄가 수소이거나 이들중 하나가 수소이면 다른 하나는 메틸 또는 페닐기이고, Z는 황원자를 나타내며 Y는 황 또는 산소원자를 나타내는 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 가수분해시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
제1항에 있어서, Z가 산소원자를 나타내는 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물은 다음 일반식(Ⅷ)의 니트로 유도체를 수소화하여 다음 일반식(Ⅳ)의 화합물로 유도한 후 이 화합물을 폐환시켜 수득함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
상기 일반식에서 R₁,R₂.R₃,R₄X 및 Y는 상기에서 정의된 바와 같고 R"는 수소 또는 저급알킬기를 나타낸다.
제1항에 있어서, Z가 황원자를 나타내는 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물은 Z가 산소원자를 나타내는 일반식 (Ⅱ)의 화합물을 용매중에서 D₂S5와 반응시켜 수득함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
제1항에 있어서, 다음 일반식(Ⅰ)에 상응하는 신규의 헤테로사이클릭 화합물을 수득함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
상기 일반식에서 R₁,R₂,R₃,R₄,X, Y 및 Z는 제1항에서 정의된 바와 같다.
제4항에 있어서, Z가 황원자를 나타내는 신규의 일반식(Ⅰ)의 헤테로사이클릭 화합물을 수득함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
제5항에 있어서, Y가 황원자를 나타내는 신규의 일반식(Ⅰ)의 헤테로사이클릭 화합물을 수득함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
제6항에 있어서, R₁이 수소를 나타내고 R₂가 불소를 나타내는 일반식(Ⅰ)의 신규인 헤테로사이클릭 화합물을 수득함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
제7항에 있어서, R₂가 수소를 나타내고, R4가 메틸 또는 페닐기를 나타내는 일반식(Ⅰ)의 신규인 헤테로사이클릭 화합물을 수득함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
제 항에 있어서, 다음 구조식에 상응하는 신규의 헤테로사이클릭 화합물을 수득함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
제8항에 있어서, 다음 구조식에 상응하는 신규의 헤테로사이클릭 화합물을 수득함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
