Claims (2)

  1. 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 아민을 적절한 불활성 유기용매의 존재하에서 하기 일반식(Ⅲa)의 카보닐 또는 티오카보닐 화합물, 또는 하기 일반식(Ⅲb)의 카보닐 또는 티오카보닐 화합물과 반응시키거나, 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 아민을 적절한 불활성 유기용매의 존재하 및 산-결합제의 존재하에서 하기 일반식(Ⅳ)의 카바밀 클로라이드 화합물과 반응시키거나, 하기 일반식(Ⅴ)의 카바밀 클로라이드 또는 티오카바밀 클로라이드 유도체를 적절한 불활성 유기용매의 존재하 및, 필요한 경우, 산-결합제의 존재하에서 하기 일반식(Ⅵ)의 아졸과 반응시키거나, 하기 일반식(Ⅰa)의 카복스드메드를 불활성 유기용매의 존재하에서 오황화인과 반응시키고, 필요한 경우, 이렇게 수득된 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물에 산 또는 금속염을 첨가함을 특징으로 하여 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 헤테로사이클릭 아미드 유도체 및 이의 산부가염 및 금속염 복합체를 제조하는 방법.
    상기식에서 R1은 알킬, 탄소수 2이상이고 할로겐에 의해 임의로 치환된 알케닐, 탄소수 2이상이고 할로겐에 의해 임의호 치환된 알키닐, 알콕시알킬 또는 알킬티오알킬을 나타내고, R2는 임의로 치환된 나프틸, 임의로 치환된 테트라하이드로 나프틸, 또는 임의로 지환된 인다닐을 나타내며 ; A는 알킬렌 브릿지(bridge)을 나타내거나, 또는 X가 직접 결합을 나타내는 경우에는 알케닐렌 브릿지를 나타내고, X는 산소, 황 도는 직접 결합을 나타내며, Y는 산소 또는 황을 나타내고, B는 이미다졸-1-일, 피리딘-3-일, 피라딘-2-일, 피리미딘-5-일, 1,2,4-트리아졸-1-일 또는 1-메틸 이미다졸-5-일을 나타내며, B'는 이미다졸-1-일, 피리딘-3-일, 피라진-3-일, 피라진-2-일, 피리미딘-5-일 또는 1-메틸이미다졸-5-일을 나타내고, B"는 피리딘-3-일, 피라진-2-일, 피라미딘-5-일 또는 1-메틸이미다졸-5-일을 나타내며 Z는 질소원자 또는 CH그룹을 나타내고, M은 수소 또는 알카리 금속을 나타낸다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, R1이 탄소수 1 내지 12의 알킬을 나타내거나, 각각 탄소수가 3 내지 12이고 불소 또는 염소에 의해 임의로 치환된 알케닐 또는 알키닐(여기에서, 각 경우에 다중결합은 질소원자에 대해 α-위치에 있지 않아야 한다)을 나타내거나, 각각의 경우에 알콕시 또는 알킬티오부분의 탄소수는 1내지 6이고 알킬부분의 탄소수는 2 내지 6인 알콕시알킬 또는 알킬티오알킬을 나타내고 R2는 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬, 할로겐 및 1내지 4개의 탄소원자와 동일하거나 상이한 할로겐 원자 1 내지 5개를 갖는 할로겐 알콕시에 의해 임의로 치환된 나프틸, 테트라하이드로 나프틸 또는 인극닐을 나타내며 A는 X가 직접 결합을 나타내는 경우, 탄소수 1 내지 8의 직쇄 또는 측쇄 알킬렌 브릿지를 나타내거나, X나 산소 또는 황을 나타내는 경우에는 탄소수 2 내지 8의 직쇄 또는 측쇄 알킬렌 브릿지(단, 여기에서 질소원자와 라디칼 X사이에는 적어도 2개의 탄소원자가 존재해야 한다)를 나타내거나, 탄소수 3 내지 8의 직쇄 또는 측쇄 알킬렌 브릿지(여기에서, 이중결합은 질소원자에 대해 α-위치에 있지 않아야 한다)를 나타내며 ; X는 산소, 황 또는 직접결합을 나타내고, Y는 산소를 나타내며, B는 이미다졸-1-일, 피리딘-3-일, 피라진-2-일, 피리미딘-5-일, 1,2,4-트리아졸-1-일, 또는 1-메틸이미다졸-5-일을 나타내는 일반식(Ⅰ)화합물을 제조하는 방법.
