Abstract

본 발명은 2-머캅토에탄올과 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 반응시켜 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
상기식에서, R, R1내지 R6은 서로 독립적으로 수소, C1-C4-알킬, OH-, C1-C4-알콕시- 또는 SO3H-치환된 C1-C4-알킬, 페닐, 벤질, 또는 할로겐-, C1-C4-알콕시- 또는 SO3H-치환된 페닐 또는 벤질을 나타내고, n은 0 또는 1을 나타낸다.

Claims (8)

  1. 2-머캅토에탄올을 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물과 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
    상기식에서, R, R1내지 R6은 서로 독립적으로 수소, C1-C4-알킬, OH-, C1-C4-알콕시- 또는 SO3H-치환된 C1-C4-알킬, 페닐, 벤질, 또는 할로겐-, C1-C4-알콕시- 또는 SO3H-치환된 페닐 또는 벤질을 나타내고, n은 0 또는 1을 나타낸다
  2. 제1항에 있어서, R이 수소, 메틸, 에틸, 페닐 또는 벤질을 나타내고, R1내지 R6이 서로 독립적으로 수소, 메틸 및 페닐을 나타냄을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 치환체 R1내지 R6이 수소를 나타냄을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 반응을 염기, 바람직하게는 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물에 대해 등몰량인 염기로 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 반응을 50 내지 150℃, 바람직하게는 60 내지 100℃의 온도에서 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 반응을 n이 0인 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물로 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 반응을 100 내지 250℃, 바람직하게는 150 내지 200℃의 온도에서 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사용되는 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물이 3-페닐-2-옥사졸리디논, 3-메틸-옥사졸리디논, 2-옥사졸리디논, 3-메틸-테트라하이드로[1,3]옥사진-2-온 또는 3-페닐-테트라하이드로[1,3]옥사진-2-온임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
