Claims (20)

  1. 금속 주형재료에 삽입된 밀도 3.0g/ml 이하의 임의 배향무기 산화물 섬유로 구성되는 금속 주형 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 섬유의 평균 직경이 2 내지 10미크론인 금속주형 조성물.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 섬유의 장진이 10 내지 60부피%인 금속 주형 조성물.
  4. 제1항, 제2항 및 제3항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 섬유가 알루미나 섬유인 조성물.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 섬유가 실리카를 포함하는 조성물.
  6. 전기한 항의 어느 한항에 있어서, 섬유의 밀도가 1.8 내지 2.5g/ml인 조성물.
  7. 전기한 항의 어느 한항에 있어서, 주형 금속이 알루미늄 또는 알루미늄의 합금인 조성물.
  8. 제1항에서 제6항까지의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 주형 금속이 마그네슘 또는 마그네슘의 합금인 조성물.
  9. 전기한 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 섬유가 1500MPa 이상의 장력 강도 및 150CPa 이상의 계수를 가지는 조성물.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 견괘 밀도 2g/ml 또는 그 이하의 섬유로 삽입된 2.0g/ml 이하 밀도의 주형 금속으로 구성되는 조성물.
  11. 전기한 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 액체 금속 주형재료를 무기 산화물 섬유 예비성형물에 침투시켜 제조된 조성물.
  12. 제1항에서 제10항까지의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 무기 산화물 섬유 및 금속 주형 재료의 혼합물을 압출하여 제조된 조성물.
  13. 결합제와 결합된 밀도 3.0g/ml 이하의 임의 배향무기 산화물 섬유로 구성되는 예비 성형물.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 결합제가 무기 결합제인 예비 성형물.
  15. 제13항 또는 제14항에 있어서, 섬유의 장진이 10 내지 60부피%인 예비 성형물.
  16. 제13항, 제14항 또는 제15항에 있어서, 섬유의 평균 직경이 2 내지 10미크론인 예비성형물.
  17. 결합제와 결합된 무기섬유의 예비성형물을 형성하고 예비성물에 액체 금속 주형 재료를 침투시키는 것으로 구성되는, 제1항의 금속주형 조성물을 제조하는 방법.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 조성물이 예비 성형물의 압착-침투에 의해 제조되는 방법.
  19. 무기 산화물 섬유 및 분말 금속주형 조성물의 혼합물을 다이를 통해 압출하는 것으로 구성되는, 제1항의 금속주형 조성물을 제조하는 방법.
  20. 무기산화물 섬유 및 결합제의 혼합물을 다이를 통해 압출하는 것으로 구성되는 제13항의 예비 성형물을 제조하는 방법.
