Claims (7)
- 산화성 초전도 물질로 된 초전도체에 있어서, 산화성 물질이 미세하게 분할된 입자가 단일 금속 또는 합금으로 구성된 표면에서 혼합되는 배트릭스를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초전도체.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 입자가 세라믹 재료로된 코어와 금속 클래딩으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 초전도체.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 입자가 전체적으로 하나 이상의 금속으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 초전도체.
- 제 1 내지 3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 입자가 섬유형태로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 초전도체.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 섬유는 2mm이하의 길이와 5 내지 100㎛의 직경을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 초전도체.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 표면입자는 은 및 금으로된 금속으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 초전도체.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 입자는 은 또는 금으로된 클래딩과 함께 아이언-니켈-크로늄 합금으로된 섬유형태로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 초전도체.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
