Claims (8)

  1. 섬유강화 알루미늄 복합주조체의 제조법에 있어서, 가압하에서 알루미늄융체와 다수의 섬유덩어리형태로 준비된 무기질섬유 강화재를 혼합하여 복합융체를 제조한 후 이 복합융체를 직접 주조하거나 또는 응고후 재용융시킨후 주조하는 공정으로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유강화 알루미늄 복합 주조체의 제조법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 섬유덩어리는 상기 섬유재료를 교반함으로써 동일한 덩어리로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유강화 알루미늄 복합주조체의 제조법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 복합융체를 응고시켜 기계적으로 입자로 잘게 부수고 이것에 용융 알루미늄을 첨가하여 혼합하여 주조융체를 제조한 다음 소정형상으로 주조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유강화알루미늄 복합주조체의 제조법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 알루미늄 융체와 혼합하기 전에 섬유덩어리에 불활성 무기물질 분말을 척가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유강화 알루미늄 복합 주조체의 제조법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분말무기물질의 양은 상기 섬유재에 대해 약 20중량%에 이르는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유강화 알루미늄 복합주조체의 제조법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 섬유덩어리와 상기 알루미늄 융체는 상기 알루미늄 융체가 상기 섬유덩어리속으로 침투할 수 있도록 가압하에서 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유강화 알루미늄 복합 주조체의 제조법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 섬유재의 양은 복합융체에 대해 약 5-30체적% 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유강화 알루미늄 복합 주조체의 제조법.
