Claims (17)
- 주행용 동력을 출력 가능하고, 주행상태에 관계없이 임의의 운전 포인트에서 운전 가능한 내연기관과,상기 내연기관의 출력축의 회전에 의하여 공급되는 작동유체를 사용하여 상기 내연기관의 흡기밸브 또는 배기밸브의 개폐 타이밍을 변경 가능한 개폐 타이밍 변경수단과,주행을 위하여 상기 내연기관의 운전 요구가 이루어져 있는 주행용 운전 요구시에는, 제 1 제약에 의거하는 개폐 타이밍에서의 상기 내연기관의 흡기밸브 또는 배기밸브의 개폐를 동반하여 상기 내연기관이 제 1 회전수 이상의 회전수로 운전되도록 상기 개폐 타이밍 변경수단과 상기 내연기관을 제어하고, 정차 중에 상기 내연기관의 운전요구가 이루어져 있는 정차운전 요구시에는, 기준 타이밍으로부터의 변경 정도가 상기 제 1 제약보다 작아지는 제 2 제약에 의거하는 개폐 타이밍에서의 상기 내연기관의 흡기밸브 또는 배기밸브의 개폐를 동반하여 상기 내연기관이 상기 제 1 회전수보다 낮은 제 2 회전수 이상의 회전수로 운전되도록 상기 개폐타이밍 변경수단과 상기 내연기관을 제어하는 제어수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제어수단은, 상기 주행용 운전 요구시에는 상기 내연기관의 흡기밸브 또는 배기밸브의 개폐 타이밍의 변경에 필요한 상기 작동유체를 상기 개폐 타이밍 변경수단에 공급할 수 있는 회전수를 상기 제 1 회전수로 하여 제어하고, 상기 정차운전 요구시에는 상기 내연기관의 흡기밸브 또는 배기밸브의 개폐 타이밍의 변경에 필요한 상기 작동유체를 상기 개폐 타이밍 변경수단에 공급할 수 없는 회전수를 상기 제 2 회전수로 하여 제어하는 수단인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제어수단은, 상기 주행용 운전 요구시에는, 상기 내연기관을 효율 좋게 운전하기 위한 제약을 상기 제 1 제약으로 하여 제어하는 수단인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 개폐 타이밍 변경수단은, 상기 흡기밸브의 개폐 타이밍을 변경 가능하고, 상기 흡기밸브의 개폐 타이밍을 취할 수 있는 범위 내의 최지각측의 제 1 기설정된 타이밍에 상기 흡기밸브의 개폐 타이밍이 위치하였을 때에 상기 흡기밸브의 개폐 타이밍을 고정 가능함과 동시에 상기 흡기밸브의 개폐 타이밍이 고정되어 있을 때에는 상기 작동유체를 사용하여 상기 고정을 해제 가능한 고정 해제수단을 구비하는 수단이고,상기 제어수단은, 상기 제 1 기설정된 타이밍을 상기 기준 타이밍으로 하여 제어하는 수단인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 개폐 타이밍 변경수단은, 상기 배기밸브의 개폐 타이밍을 변경 가능하고, 상기 배기밸브의 개폐 타이밍을 취할 수 있는 범위 내의 최진각측의 제 2 기설정된 타이밍에 상기 배기밸브의 개폐 타이밍이 위치하였을 때에 상기 배기밸브의 개폐 타이밍을 고정 가능함과 동시에, 상기 배기밸브의 개폐 타이밍이 고정되어 있을 때에는 상기 작동유체를 사용하여 상기 고정을 해제 가능한 고정 해제수단을 구비하는 수단이고,상기 제어수단은, 상기 제 2 기설정된 타이밍을 상기 기준 타이밍으로 하여 제어하는 수단인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제어수단은, 상기 개폐 타이밍 변경수단에서 상기 작동유체를 사용하지 않을 때의 상기 내연기관의 흡기밸브 또는 배기밸브의 개폐 타이밍을 상기 기준 타이밍으로 하여 제어하는 수단인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제 1 회전수를 하한 회전수로 하는 상기 내연기관의 운전 포인트와 상기 내연기관의 동력과의 관계로서의 제 1 동작 라인과, 상기 제 2 회전수를 하한 회전수로 하는 상기 내연기관의 운전 포인트와 상기 내연기관의 동력과의 관계로서 의 제 2 동작 라인을 포함하는, 복수의 동작 라인을 기억하는 동작 라인 기억수단을 구비하고,상기 제어수단은, 상기 주행용 운전 요구시에는 상기 기억된 제 1 동작 라인과 상기 내연기관에 요구되는 요구 동력에 의거하여 상기 내연기관의 운전 포인트를 설정함과 동시에 상기 설정한 운전 포인트에서 상기 내연기관이 운전되도록 제어하고, 상기 정차운전 요구시에는 상기 기억된 제 2 동작 라인과 상기 내연기관에 요구되는 요구 동력에 의거하여 상기 내연기관의 운전 포인트를 설정함과 동시에 상기 설정한 운전 포인트에서 상기 내연기관이 운전되도록 제어하는 수단인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 제어수단은, 상기 정차운전 요구시에는, 상기 설정한 내연기관의 운전 포인트에서의 목표 회전수가 클수록 상기 기준 타이밍으로부터의 변경 정도가 원활하게 커지는 제약을 상기 제 2 제약으로 하여 제어하는 수단인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 내연기관의 출력축에 동력을 입출력 가능한 발전수단과,상기 발전수단과 전력을 주고 받기 가능한 축전수단을 구비하고,상기 제어수단은, 상기 정차 중에 상기 축전수단에의 충전 요구가 이루어졌 을 때를 상기 정차운전 요구시로 하여 제어하는 수단인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량.
- 제 9항에 있어서,차축측에 동력을 입출력 가능한 전동기를 구비하고,상기 발전수단은, 상기 내연기관의 출력축과 차축측에 접속되고, 전력과 동력의 입출력을 동반하여 상기 내연기관으로부터의 동력의 적어도 일부를 상기 차축측에 출력하는 전력 동력 입출력 수단인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량.
- 주행용 동력을 출력 가능하고, 주행상태에 관계없이 임의의 운전 포인트에서 운전 가능한 내연기관과, 상기 내연기관의 출력축의 회전에 의하여 공급되는 작동유체를 사용하여 상기 내연기관의 흡기밸브 또는 배기밸브의 개폐 타이밍을 변경 가능한 개폐 타이밍 변경수단을 구비하는 차량의 제어방법에 있어서,주행을 위하여 상기 내연기관의 운전 요구가 이루어져 있는 주행용 운전 요구시에는 제 1 제약에 의거하는 개폐 타이밍에서의 상기 내연기관의 흡기밸브 또는 배기밸브의 개폐를 동반하여 상기 내연기관이 제 1 회전수 이상의 회전수로 운전되 도록 상기 개폐 타이밍 변경수단과 상기 내연기관을 제어하고, 정차 중에 상기 내연기관의 운전 요구가 이루어져 있는 정차운전 요구시에는 기준 타이밍으로부터의 변경 정도가 상기 제 1 제약보다 작아지는 제 2 제약에 의거하는 개폐 타이밍에서의 상기 내연기관의 흡기밸브 또는 배기밸브의 개폐를 동반하여 상기 내연기관이 상기 제 1 회전수보다 낮은 제 2 회전수 이상의 회전수로 운전되도록 상기 개폐 타 이밍 변경수단과 상기 내연기관을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 제어방법.
- 제 11항에 있어서,상기 주행용 운전 요구시에는 상기 내연기관의 흡기밸브 또는 배기밸브의 개폐 타이밍의 변경에 필요한 상기 작동유체를 상기 개폐 타이밍 변경수단에 공급할 수 있는 회전수를 상기 제 1 회전수로 하여 제어하고, 상기 정차운전 요구시에는 상기내연기관의 흡기밸브 또는 배기밸브의 개폐 타이밍의 변경에 필요한 상기 작동유체를 상기 개폐 타이밍 변경수단에 공급할 수 없는 회전수를 상기 제 2 회전수로 하여 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 제어방법.
- 제 11항에 있어서,상기 개폐 타이밍 변경수단은, 상기 흡기밸브의 개폐 타이밍을 변경 가능하고, 상기 흡기밸브의 개폐 타이밍을 취할 수 있는 범위 내의 최지각측의 제 1 기설정된 타이밍에 상기 흡기밸브의 개폐 타이밍이 위치하였을 때에 상기 흡기밸브의 개폐 타이밍을 고정 가능함과 동시에, 상기 흡기밸브의 개폐 타이밍이 고정되어 있을 때에는 상기 작동유체를 사용하여 상기 고정을 해제 가능한 고정 해제수단을 구비하는 수단이며,상기 제 1 기설정된 타이밍을 상기 기준 타이밍으로 하여 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 제어방법.
- 제 11항에 있어서,상기 개폐 타이밍 변경수단은, 상기 배기밸브의 개폐 타이밍을 변경 가능하고, 상기 배기밸브의 개폐 타이밍을 취할 수 있는 범위 내의 최진각측의 제 2 기설정된 타이밍에 상기 배기밸브의 개폐 타이밍이 위치하였을 때에 상기 배기밸브의 개폐 타이밍을 고정 가능함과 동시에, 상기 배기밸브의 개폐 타이밍이 고정되어 있을 때에는 상기 작동유체를 사용하여 상기 고정을 해제 가능한 고정 해제수단을 구비하는 수단이고,상기 제 2 기설정된 타이밍을 상기 기준 타이밍으로 하여 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 제어방법.
- 제 11항에 있어서,상기 개폐 타이밍 변경수단에서 상기 작동유체를 사용하지 않을 때의 상기 내연기관의 흡기밸브 또는 배기밸브의 개폐 타이밍을 상기 기준 타이밍으로 하여 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 제어방법.
- 제 11항에 있어서,상기 제 1 회전수를 하한 회전수로 하는 상기 내연기관의 운전 포인트와 상기 내연기관의 동력과의 관계로서의 제 1 동작 라인과, 상기 제 2 회전수를 하한 회전수로 하는 상기 내연기관의 운전 포인트와 상기 내연기관의 동력과의 관계로서의 제 2 동작 라인을 포함하는, 복수의 동작 라인을 기억하여 두고, 상기 주행용 운전 요구시에는 상기 기억하여 둔 제 1 동작 라인과 상기 내연기관에 요구되는 요구동력에 의거하여 상기 내연기관의 운전 포인트를 설정함과 동시에 상기 설정한 운전 포인트에서 상기 내연기관이 운전되도록 제어하고, 상기 정차운전 요구시에는 상기 기억하여 둔 제 2 동작 라인과 상기 내연기관에 요구되는 요구 동력에 의거하여 상기 내연기관의 운전 포인트를 설정함과 동시에 상기 설정한 운전 포인트에서 상기 내연기관이 운전되도록 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 제어방법.
- 제 16항에 있어서,상기 정차운전 요구시에는, 상기 설정한 내연기관의 운전 포인트에서의 목표회전수가 클수록 상기 기준 타이밍으로부터의 변경 정도가 원활하게 커지는 제약을 상기 제 2 제약으로 하여 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 제어방법.
