Description
内燃機関からの動力と電動機からの動力とのうち少なくとも一方からの動力により走行可能なハイブリッド車であって、
運転者の操作に基づいて要求動力を設定する要求動力設定手段と、
該設定された要求動力に基づいて前記内燃機関と前記電動機とが運転されるよう該内燃機関と該電動機とを制御する運転制御手段と、
走行しているとき、前記内燃機関の運転を停止する際には該内燃機関における機械的な動作を行なう機械的機構が停止時用の状態に変更されるよう該内燃機関を制御し、前記内燃機関の運転の維持を伴って燃料噴射を停止する際には前記機械的機構が前記停止時用の状態よりも変更の程度が小さい状態とされるよう該内燃機関を制御する停止時制御手段と
を備えることを要旨とする。
内燃機関からの動力と電動機からの動力とのうち少なくとも一方からの動力により走行可能なハイブリッド車の制御方法であって、
(a)運転者の操作に基づいて要求動力を設定し、
(b)該設定された要求動力に基づいて前記内燃機関と前記電動機とが運転されるよう該内燃機関と該電動機とを制御し、
(c)走行しているとき、前記内燃機関の運転を停止する際には該内燃機関における機械的な動作を行なう機械的機構が停止時用の状態に変更されるよう該内燃機関を制御し、前記内燃機関の運転の維持を伴って燃料噴射を停止する際には前記機械的機構が前記停止時用の状態よりも変更の程度が小さい状態とされるよう該内燃機関を制御する
ことを要旨とする。

Claims (7)
- 内燃機関からの動力と電動機からの動力とのうち少なくとも一方からの動力により走行可能なハイブリッド車であって、
運転者の操作に基づいて要求動力を設定する要求動力設定手段と、
該設定された要求動力に基づいて前記内燃機関と前記電動機とが運転されるよう該内燃機関と該電動機とを制御する運転制御手段と、
走行しているとき、前記内燃機関の運転を停止する際には該内燃機関における機械的な動作を行なう機械的機構が停止時用の状態に変更されるよう該内燃機関を制御し、前記内燃機関の運転の維持を伴って燃料噴射を停止する際には前記機械的機構が前記停止時用の状態よりも変更の程度が小さい状態とされるよう該内燃機関を制御する停止時制御手段と
を備えるハイブリッド車。 - 前記機械的機構の前記停止時用の状態への変更は、該変更に所定時間以上の時間を要する変更である請求項1記載のハイブリッド車。
- 前記停止時制御手段は、前記内燃機関の運転を停止する際には吸気バルブの開閉タイミングが遅角側の所定タイミングに位置されるよう該内燃機関を制御し、前記内燃機関の運転の維持を伴って燃料噴射を停止する際には吸気バルブの開閉タイミングが少なくとも前記所定タイミングよりも遅角の程度が小さいタイミングに位置されるよう該内燃機関を制御する手段である請求項1または2記載のハイブリッド車。
- 請求項3記載のハイブリッド車であって、
吸気バルブの開閉タイミングが所定タイミングに位置したときに該開閉タイミングを機械的な動作を伴って固定する固定手段を備え、
前記停止時制御手段は、前記内燃機関の運転を停止する際には吸気バルブの開閉タイミングが前記所定タイミングに位置されるよう該内燃機関を制御し、前記内燃機関の運転の維持を伴って燃料噴射を停止する際には吸気バルブの開閉タイミングが前記所定のタイミングとは異なるタイミングに位置されるよう該内燃機関を制御する手段である
ハイブリッド車。 - 前記内燃機関の出力軸と車軸に連結された駆動軸とに接続され、電力と動力の入出力により該内燃機関からの動力の少なくとも一部を該駆動軸に出力可能な電力動力入出力手段を備える請求項1ないし4いずれか記載のハイブリッド車。
- 前記電力動力入出力手段は、前記内燃機関の出力軸と前記駆動軸と第3の軸の3軸に接続され、該3軸のうちいずれか2軸に入出力される動力に基づいて残余の1軸に動力を入出力する3軸式動力入出力手段を備える請求項5記載のハイブリッド車。
- 前記電力動力入出力手段は、前記内燃機関の出力軸に接続された第1の回転子と前記駆動軸に接続された第2の回転子とを有し、該第1の回転子と該第2の回転子とを電磁的な作用により相対的に回転する対回転子電動機である請求項5記載のハイブリッド車。
