背景技术
发明人在较早专利CN 201310467918.2中提出了一种串联式混合动力车辆的动力系统,该串联式混合动力车辆的动力系统采用了两个以上独立可控的辅助动力单元,其中每个辅助动力单元均包括有发动机,该串联式混合动力车辆能够根据需要而设置适当数目的发动机进行组合使用,这简便、可靠地解决了以前单台发动机功率、扭矩有限难以满足车辆较高功率、扭矩需求的问题。发明人在对串联式混合动力车辆试验时发现,较多数量的发动机会导致串联式混合动力车辆的可用空间减小,影响车内人员的乘车体验。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的一个目的是尽可能的提高串联式混合动力车辆的可用空间。
本实用新型一个进一步的目的是要降低串联式混合动力车辆的成本。
特别地,本实用新型提供了一种用于串联式混合动力车辆的点火系统,所述串联式混合动力车辆包括多个发动机,所述点火系统包括:
多个点火线圈,每个所述发动机配置有至少一个所述点火线圈,每一所述点火线圈包括相互配合的初级绕组和次级绕组;
单个点火器,具有与所述多个点火线圈对应数量的多个输出端口,每一所述输出端口连接至对应的一个所述点火线圈的所述初级绕组,以控制所述点火线圈的所述初级绕组中电流的通断;和
电子控制单元,用于根据所述串联式混合动力车辆的当前功率需求确定所述多个发动机中的需启动发动机,以及确定所述需启动发动机中的所述点火线圈中的需加压点火线圈,并发出对应的点火指令;
其中,所述单个点火器根据所述点火指令控制对应的所述需加压点火线圈的所述初级绕组中的所述电流的通断。
进一步地,所述的点火系统还包括:
多个火花塞,每一所述发动机配置有与其缸数对应数量的所述火花塞。
进一步地,每一所述点火线圈的所述次级绕组连接至一个所述火花塞,以单独向所述火花塞提供跳火所需的高电压。
进一步地,每一所述点火线圈的次级绕组连接至两个所述火花塞,以同时向两个所述火花塞提供跳火所需的高电压。

根据本实用新型的构思,应尽量减少点火系统中元件的数量或体积,来达到提高串联式混合动力车辆的可用空间的目的。具体地,在本实用新型的点火系统中,由单个点火器来控制多个点火线圈中初级绕组电流的通断,也就是说,本实用新型将以前技术中每个发动机匹配一个点火器更改为多个发动机匹配一个点火器,大大节省了点火系统中点火器的数量,从而减小了点火系统整体的占用空间,提高了串联式混合动力车辆的可用空间,提高了车内人员的乘车体验。另外,由于节省了点火系统中点火器的使用数量,从而也降低了串联式混合动力车辆的生产成本。
更进一步地,在本实用新型一个实施例的双缸发动机中,一个点火线圈的次级绕组连接至两个气缸的火花塞,该点火线圈能同时向这两个火花塞提供跳火所需的高电压。通过这样的设置,每个发动机设置一个共用的点火线圈,从而减小了点火系统整体的占用空间以及降低了串联式混合动力车辆的生产成本。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示,本实用新型涉及的串联式混合动力车辆一般性地可包括多个发动机,该串联式混合动力车辆的点火系统包括点火线圈101、点火器200和电子控制单元(ECU)300。
其中,点火线圈101的数量设置为多个,具体地每个发动机配置有至少一个点火线圈101,每一点火线圈101包括相互配合的初级绕组和次级绕组,初级绕组和次级绕组为本领域的现有技术,在此不再赘述。
其中,点火器200的数量设置为一个,点火器200设置在各个发动机和ECU 300之间,ECU 300下文将做详细叙述。点火器200与点火线圈101相连接,在点火器200上开设有与点火线圈101对应数量的多个输出端口103,每一输出端口103连接至对应的一个点火线圈101的初级绕组,以控制点火线圈101的初级绕组中电流的通断。
其中,ECU 300根据串联式混合动力车辆的当前功率需求确定多个发动机中的需启动发动机,包括需启动发动机的数量和功率。在确定需启动发动机后,就能具体地确定需启动发动机中的点火线圈101中的需加压点火线圈101,并发出对应的点火指令,点火器200根据点火指令控制对应的需加压点火线圈101的初级绕组中的电流的通断(根据点火指令而在预定时间对流经次级绕组的电流进行中断操作从而在与其相配的次级绕组中产生高电压,次级绕组将高电压供应到与其连接的一个火花塞,该火花塞由高电压激发而产生火花)。例如,当发动机具有多个气缸,且多个气缸分别点火时,ECU 300就需要确定发动机启动的数量以及确定点火的气缸,优选地,优先启动同一发动机的气缸来来尽量减少启动发动机的数量。
从图1和图2可以看出,每一发动机配置有与其缸数对应数量的火花塞102,每个火花塞102均与一个次级绕组相连。具体地在图1中,每一点火线圈101的次级绕组连接至一个火花塞102,以单独向火花塞102提供跳火所需的高电压。也就是说,在图1中发动机A 100的气缸a 100a,气缸b 100b,气缸c 100c、气缸d 100d均能独立点火。相同地,发动机B 110的气缸a 110a,气缸b 110b,气缸c 110c、气缸d 110d均能独立点火,发动机C 120的气缸a120a,气缸b 120b,气缸c 120c、气缸d 120d也均能独立点火。通过这样的设置,ECU 300就能灵活的确定发动机启动的数量以及确定点火的气缸,并且各个气缸之间的工作互不影响。在图2中,每一点火线圈101的次级绕组连接至两个火花塞102,以同时向两个火花塞102提供跳火所需的高电压。需要说明的是,两个火花塞102所在的两个气缸设置成,当其中一个处于压缩行程时,另一个处于排气行程,也就是说处于排气行程的气缸为无效点火。例如,在图2中,发动机D 130包括气缸a 130a、气缸b 130b、气缸c 130c和气缸d 130d,其中气缸a 130a和气缸b 130b与同一个点火线圈101相连,气缸c 130c和气缸d 130d与另一个点火线圈101相连,当气缸a 130a处于压缩行程时,气缸b130b处于排气行程;当气缸c 130c处于压缩行程时,气缸d 130d处于排气行程。同样地,发动机E 140的气缸a 140a和气缸b 140b与同一个点火线圈101相连,气缸c 140c和气缸d 140d与另一个点火线圈101相连,当气缸a 140a处于压缩行程时,气缸b 140b处于排气行程;当气缸c 140c处于压缩行程时,气缸d 140d处于排气行程。发动机F 150的气缸a 150a和气缸b 150b与同一个点火线圈101相连,气缸c 150c和气缸d 150d与另一个点火线圈101相连,当气缸a 150a处于压缩行程时,气缸b 150b处于排气行程;当气缸c 150c处于压缩行程时,气缸d 150d处于排气行程。
在其它实施例中,还可以设置一部分的点火线圈101中每个点火线圈101的次级绕组连接至一个火花塞102,以单独向火花塞102提供跳火所需的高电压,另一部分的点火线圈101中每个点火线圈101的次级绕组连接至两个火花塞102,以同时向两个火花塞102提供跳火所需的高电压。
上文提到在点火器200上开设有与点火线圈101对应数量的多个输出端口103。相对应地,ECU 300具有与多个点火线圈101对应数量的点火指令输出端口104,每一点火指令输出端口104均能将ECU 300发出的相应的一个点火指令传输给点火器200,进而点火指令通过点火器200传输至相应的点火线圈101。
从图1和图2可以看出,点火系统还可以包括曲轴转角传感器10、空气流量计20、水温传感器30、节气门开关40、点火开关50、车速传感器60和蓄电池70。其中,曲轴转角传感器10确定曲轴的转角,配合凸轮轴位置传感器来确定点火时刻。空气流量计20将吸入的空气流量转换成电信号送至ECU300,作为决定喷油的基本信号之一,是测定吸入发动机的空气流量的传感器。水温传感器30用于测量发动机的工作温度。节气门开关40用于控制空气间断性的进入发动机。点火开关50用于开启或关闭点火线圈。车速传感器60用于测量车辆的实时车速。蓄电池70用于为车辆供电。这些元件以一般方式直接地或间接地与ECU 300进行连接,此处不再赘述。
至此,本领域技术人员应认识到,虽然本文已详尽示出和描述了本实用新型的多个示例性实施例,但是,在不脱离本实用新型精神和范围的情况下,仍可根据本实用新型公开的内容直接确定或推导出符合本实用新型原理的许多其他变型或修改。因此,本实用新型的范围应被理解和认定为覆盖了所有这些其他变型或修改。

Claims (6)

1.一种用于串联式混合动力车辆的点火系统,所述串联式混合动力车辆包括多个发动机,其特征在于,所述点火系统包括:
多个点火线圈,每个所述发动机配置有至少一个所述点火线圈,每一所述点火线圈包括相互配合的初级绕组和次级绕组;
单个点火器,具有与所述多个点火线圈对应数量的多个输出端口,每一所述输出端口连接至对应的一个所述点火线圈的所述初级绕组,以控制所述点火线圈的所述初级绕组中电流的通断;和
电子控制单元,用于根据所述串联式混合动力车辆的当前功率需求确定所述多个发动机中的需启动发动机,以及确定所述需启动发动机中的所述点火线圈中的需加压点火线圈,并发出对应的点火指令;
其中,所述单个点火器根据所述点火指令控制对应的所述需加压点火线圈的所述初级绕组中的所述电流的通断。
2.根据权利要求1所述的点火系统,其特征在于,还包括:
多个火花塞,每一所述发动机配置有与其缸数对应数量的所述火花塞。
3.根据权利要求2所述的点火系统,其特征在于,
每一所述点火线圈的所述次级绕组连接至一个所述火花塞,以单独向所述火花塞提供跳火所需的高电压。
4.根据权利要求2所述的点火系统,其特征在于,
每一所述点火线圈的次级绕组连接至两个所述火花塞,以同时向两个所述火花塞提供跳火所需的高电压。
5.根据权利要求4所述的点火系统,其特征在于,
所述两个火花塞所在的两个气缸设置成,当其中一个处于压缩行程时,另一个处于排气行程。
6.根据权利要求1所述的点火系统,其特征在于,
所述电子控制单元具有与所述多个点火线圈对应数量的点火指令输出端口,每一所述点火指令输出端口均能将所述电子控制单元发出的相应的一个所述点火指令传输给所述点火器。
