Claims (20)
- 불포화 단량체를 중합하여 얻어진 중합체가 내부에 가교구조를 갖는 흡수성 수지를 포함하는 입자상 흡수제로서,흡수성 수지는 그 표면에 가교 구조를 갖는 입자상 흡수성 수지이고입자상 흡수제는 입자직경이 106 ㎛ 이상 850 ㎛ 미만인 입자를 입자상 흡수제에 대해 90 질량% 이상 함유하고,입자상 흡수성 수지는 또한 분자 내에 7개 이상의 탄소원자를 갖는 유기산 다가 금속염을 흡수성 수지에 대해 0.001 질량% 이상 10 질량% 미만 함유하는 입자상 흡수제.
- 불포화 단량체를 중합하여 얻어진 중합체가 내부에 가교구조를 갖는 흡수성 수지를 포함하는 입자상 흡수제로서,흡수성 수지는 그 표면에 가교 구조를 갖는 입자상 흡수성 수지이고,입자상 흡수성 수지는 또한 분자 내에 7개 이상의 탄소 원자를 갖는 유기산 다가 금속염을 흡수성 수지에 대해 0.001 질량% 이상 10 질량% 미만 함유하며,흡습 유동성 지수가 90 질량% 이상 100 질량% 이하인 입자상 흡수제.
- 불포화 단량체를 중합하여 얻어진 중합체가 내부에 가교구조를 갖는 흡수성 수지를 포함하는 입자상 흡수제로서,흡수성 수지는 그 표면에 가교 구조를 갖는 입자상 흡수성 수지이고,흡습 유동성 지수 X가 90 질량% 이상 100 질량% 이하이며,하기식 1로서 정의되는 흡습 유동성 보존 지수가 0.95 이상인 입자상 흡수제.흡습 유동성 보존 지수 = Y/X …(식 1)(여기서, X는 흡습 유동성 지수 X이고 Y는 입자상 흡수제에 예정된 충격을 가한 후의 흡습 유동성 지수 Y이다)
- 제3항에 있어서, 추가적으로 분자내에 7개 이상의 탄소 원자를 갖는 유기산 다가 금속염을 흡수성 수지에 대해 0.001 질량% 이상 10 질량% 미만 함유하는 입자상 흡수제.
- 제1항, 제2항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 유기산 다가 금속염을 구성하는 유기 산이 지방산인 입자상 흡수제.
- 제5항에 있어서, 지방산이 카프론산, 옥타논산, 옥티노에이트, 데칸산, 라우릴산, 미리스트산, 팔미트산, 올레산 및 스테아르산으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 유기산 다가 금속염인 입자상 흡수제.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 유기산 다가 금속염을 구성하는 다가금속이 알카리 토금속 및/또는 이가 또는 다가 전이금속인 입자상 흡수제.
- 제7항에 있어서, 알카리 토금속 및/또는 이가 또는 다가 전이금속이 바륨, 칼슘, 마그네슘, 알루미늄 및 아연으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상인 입자상 흡수제.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제4항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유기산 다가 금속염의 녹는점이 40℃ 내지 250℃의 범위이고,25℃의 탈이온수 1L에 대해 유기산 다가 금속염의 용해도가 0 g/L 이상 5 g/L 미만인 입자상 흡수제.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제4항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유기산 다가 금속염이 흡수성 수지의 표면에 붙어있는 입자상 흡수제.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 입자상 흡수제가 2.06 kPa 압력하에서 0.9 질량%의 염화나트륨 수용액에 잠길 때의 가압하 흡수율이 20 g/g 이상이고,하기식 2로 정의되는 제1 가압하 흡수율 보존 지수 및/또는 하기식 3으로 정의되는 제2 가압하 흡수율 보존 지수가 0.90 이상인 입자상 흡수제.제1 가압하 흡수율 보존 지수 = Q1/P1 …(식 2)(여기서, P1은 예정된 충격을 가하기 전 2.06 kPa 압력하에서의 흡수율이고 Q1은 예정된 충격을 가한 후 2.06 kPa 압력하에서의 흡수율이다)제2 가압하 흡수율 보존 지수 = Q2/P2 …(식 3)(여기서, P2는 예정된 충격을 가하기 전 4.83 kPa 압력하에서의 흡수율이고 Q2는 예정된 충격을 가한 후 4.83 kPa 압력하에서의 흡수율이다).
- 불포화 단량체를 중합하여 얻어진 중합체가 내부에 가교구조를 갖는 흡수성 수지를 포함하는 입자상 흡수제로서,흡수성 수지는 각각이 구형 주입자 및 타원형 주입자 형태 이외의 형태를 갖는 입자들로 구성된 흡수성 수지이고,입자상 흡수제가 2.06 kPa 압력하에서 0.9 질량%의 염화나트륨 수용액에 잠길 때의 가압하 흡수율이 20 g/g 이상이고,삽입 부재를 입자상 흡수제에 예정된 거리만큼 삽입할 때 필요한 최대 하중인 최대 삽입 하중이 0 g-중량 이상 1,000 g-중량 이하이고,삽입 부재를 입자상 흡수제에 예정된 거리만큼 삽입할 때의 일인 삽입일이 0 g-중량 x mm 이상 10,000 g-중량 x mm 이하인 입자상 흡수제.
- 불포화 단량체를 중합하여 얻어진 중합체가 내부에 가교구조를 갖는 흡수성 수지를 포함하는 입자상 흡수제로서,흡수성 수지는 각각이 구형 주입자 및 타원형 주입자 형태 이외의 형태를 갖는 입자들로 구성된 흡수성 수지이고,입자상 흡수제가 2.06 kPa 압력하에서 0.9 질량%의 염화나트륨 수용액에 잠길 때의 가압하 흡수율이 20 g/g 이상이고,삽입 부재를 입자상 흡수제에 예정된 거리만큼 삽입할 때의 일인 삽입일이 0 g-중량 x mm 이상 5,000 g-중량 x mm 이하이며,삽입 부재를 입자상 흡수제에 예정된 거리만큼 삽입한 후에 삽입 부재를 잡아당겨서 재삽입하는데 드는 일인 재삽입일(i)의 삽입일(ii)에 대한 비로서 표현되는 회복 지수가 55% 이상인 입자상 흡수제.
- 제12항 또는 제13항에 있어서, 추가적으로 분자 내에 7개 이상의 탄소 원자를 갖는 유기산 다가 금속염을 흡수성 수지에 대해 0.001 질량% 이상 10 질량% 미만 함유하는 입자상 흡수제.
- 제12항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 입자상 흡수제가 입자직경이 106 ㎛ 이상 850 ㎛ 미만인 입자를 입자상 흡수제에 대해 90 질량% 이상 함유하는 입자상 흡수제.
- 제12항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 흡수성 수지가 그 표면에 가교 구조를 갖는 입자상 흡수제.
- 제1항 내지 제16항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 불포화 단량체가 아크릴산 및/또는 그 염을 함유하는 입자상 흡수제.
- 불포화 단량체를 중합하여 얻어진 중합체가 내부에 가교구조를 갖는 흡수성 수지를 포함하는 입자상 흡수제의 제조방법으로서,상기 방법이 흡수성 수지의 표면을 가교하는 중 및/또는 후에 분자 내에 7개 이상의 탄소 원자를 갖는 유기산 다가 금속염을 흡수성 수지에 첨가하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항의 입자상 흡수제를 포함하는 체액 흡수용 위생용품.
- 제18항에 있어서, 체액이 배설물, 소변, 혈액 중 하나 이상인 위생용품.
