Claims (56)
- 제1 및 제2 주면 중 하나 이상이 구조화된 면인 제1 주면 및 제2 주면을 갖는 하나 이상의 접착제층; 및 상기 접착제층의 구조화된 면과 접촉되어 있는 캡층을 포함하는 용품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 캡층이 배킹 (backing), 막 및 접착제층으로부터 선택된 것인 용품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 접착제층이 감압성 접착제, 에폭시 접착제, 구조용 접착제, 결합용 접착제 및 이들의 조합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 접착제를 포함하는 것인 용품.
- 제3항에 있어서, 감압성 접착제가 아크릴 제품, 천연 및 합성 고무, 에틸렌 비닐 아세테이트, 비닐 에테르, 실리콘, 폴리(알파-올레핀) 및 이들의 조합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 것인 용품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 두께가 약 2 ㎛ 내지 약 500 ㎛인 용품.
- 제2항에 있어서, 접착제층이 구조화된 접착제층 및 비구조화된 접착제층으로구성된 군으로부터 선택된 것인 용품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1 및 제2 주면 중 하나와 접촉되어 있는 하나 이상의 비접착제층을 더 포함하는 용품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 구조화된 노출면을 포함하는 용품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 비구조화된 노출면을 포함하는 용품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 복수개의 별개의 저장소를 포함하고, 이들 각각의 저장소는 100 ㎕ 미만의 공극 부피를 갖는 것인 용품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 복수개의 채널을 포함하는 용품.

- 제12항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 전달가능한 물질 또는 전달가능하지 않은 물질이 고체, 액체, 겔, 페이스트, 발포체, 분말, 응집된 입자, 미세캡슐화된 액체, 현탁제 및 이들의 조합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 형태인 용품.
- 제13항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 전달가능한 물질 또는 전달가능하지 않은 물질이 호르몬, 항생제, 항균제, 항진균제, 로션, 연고, 지시제, 단백질, 잉크, 염료, 약제 및 진동 제동 유체로부터 선택된 것인 용품.
- 제13항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 전달가능한 물질 또는 전달가능하지 않은 물질이 고체, 액체, 겔, 페이스트, 발포체, 분말, 응집된 입자, 미세캡슐화된 액체, 현탁제 및 이들의 조합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 형태인 용품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 캡층이 구조화된 층인 용품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 캡층이 라미네이트인 용품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2 주면이 비구조화된 면이고, 캡층이 제1 주면과 접촉되어 있고, 상기 제2 주면 상에 배킹층을 더 포함하는 용품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2 주면이 구조화된 면이고, 캡층이 제1 주면과 접촉되어 있고, 상기 제2 주면 상에 배킹층을 더 포함하는 용품.
- (a) 제1 주면이 구조화된 면이고 제2 주면이 비구조화된 면인 제1 주면 및 제2 주면을 포함하는 하나 이상의 감압성 접착제층; 및(b) 상기 제1 주면과 접촉되어 있는 캡층을 포함하는 테이프.
- 제22항에 있어서, 제2 주면이 구조화된 면인 테이프.
- 제22항에 있어서, 제2 주면이 비구조화된 면인 테이프.
- 제24항에 있어서, 두께 0.003 내지 0.007 인치에 대하여 박리력이 21 내지 42 oz/0.5 인치 이상인 테이프.
- 제22항에 있어서, 제2 주면에 인접한 배킹을 더 포함하는 테이프.
- 제22항에 있어서, 캡층이 구조화된 층인 테이프.
- (a) 제1 및 제2 주면 중 하나 이상이 구조화된 면인 제1 주면 및 제2 주면을 갖는 제1 접착제층, 및(b) 제1 및 제2 주면 중 하나 이상이 구조화된 면인 제1 주면 및 제2 주면을 갖는 제2 접착제층을 포함하는 라미네이트 용품.
- 제28항에 있어서, 제1 접착제층의 제1 주면이 구조화된 면이고 제1 접착제층의 제2 주면이 비구조화된 면이고, 제2 접착제층의 제1 주면이 구조화된 면이고 제2 접착제층의 제2 주면이 비구조화된 면이며, 상기 제1 접착제층의 제2 주면이 상기 제2 접착제층의 제1 주면과 접촉되어 있는 라미네이트 용품.
- 제28항에 있어서, 제2 접착제층의 제2 주면 상에 배킹을 더 포함하는 라미네이트 용품.
- 제28항에 있어서, 제1 접착제층의 제1 주면 상에 캡층을 더 포함하는 라미네이트 용품.
- 제28항에 있어서, 제1 접착제층의 제1 주면이 제2 접착제층의 제1 주면과 접촉되어 있는 라미네이트 용품.
- 제28항에 있어서, 제1 접착제층의 제2 주면 상에 배킹층을 더 포함하는 라미네이트 용품.
- 제28항에 있어서, 제1 접착제층의 제1 주면 상에 제1 패턴의 구조물을 갖고, 제2 접착제층의 제1 주면 상에 제2 패턴의 구조물을 가지며, 상기 제1 패턴이 상기 제2 패턴과 실질적으로 정렬되어 있는 라미네이트 용품.
- 제34항에 있어서, 제1 패턴이 제2 패턴과 어긋나 있는 라미네이트 용품.
- (a) 접착제를 도구의 구조화된 면에 도포하여 구조화된 면 및 비구조화된 면을 갖는 접착제층을 형성하는 단계; (b) 상기 접착제층의 비구조화된 면에 배킹을 적층시켜 예비라미네이트 (prelaminate)를 형성하는 단계; 및 (c) 상기 예비라미네이트를 상기 도구로부터 제거하는 단계를 포함하는, 예비라미네이트의 제조 방법.
- 제36항에 있어서, 예비라미네이트의 구조화된 면에 캡층을 적층시키는 것을 더 포함하는 방법.
- 제36항에 있어서, 캡층이 접착제층인 방법.
- 제38항에 있어서, 접착제층이 구조화된 접착제층인 방법.

- 제44항에 있어서, 제1 접착제층 및 제2 접착제층 사이의 영역을 하나 이상의전달가능한 물질 및 전달가능하지 않은 물질로 충전시키는 것을 더 포함하는 방법.
- 제45항에 있어서, 상기 영역을 코팅에 의해 충전시키는 방법.
- 제45항에 있어서, 상기 영역을 진공하에 충전시키는 방법.
- (a) 구조화된 제1 주면 및 비구조화된 제2 주면을 갖는 제1 접착제층을 포함하는 제1 예비라미네이트, 및 이 제1 예비라미네이트의 제2 주면과 접촉되어 있는 제1 배킹층을 생성하는 단계; (b) 구조화된 제1 주면 및 비구조화된 제2 주면을 갖는 제2 접착제층을 포함하는 제2 예비라미네이트, 및 이 제2 예비라미네이트의 제2 주면과 접촉되어 있는 제2 배킹층을 생성하는 단계; 및 (c) 상기 제1 예비라미네이트의 제1 주면을 상기 제2 예비라미네이트의 제1 주면과 접촉시키는 단계를 포함하는, 라미네이트의 제조 방법.
- 제48항에 있어서, 제1 접착제층 및 제2 접착제층 사이의 영역을 하나 이상의 전달가능한 물질 및 전달가능하지 않은 물질로 충전시키는 것을 더 포함하는 방법.
- 제49항에 있어서, 상기 영역을 코팅에 의해 충전시키는 방법.
- 제50항에 있어서, 상기 영역을 진공하에 충전시키는 방법.

- 제48항에 있어서, 제1 예비라미네이트가, 접착제를 도구 상에 캐스팅함으로써 형성되는 방법.
- 제1 및 제2 주면 중 하나 이상이 구조화된 면인 제1 주면 및 제2 주면을 갖는 하나 이상의 제1 층; 및 상기 제1 층의 구조화된 면과 접촉되어 있고 접착제를 포함하는 캡층을 포함하는 용품.
