例えば、h≧50μm、h≧0.50×t、h≦120μm、又はh≦2000μmであることができる。好ましくは、h≧0.75×t又はh≧tとすることができる。
ii)隣り合う壁部分24、26のピッチp1、p2(図2B):
例えば、p1≧200μm、p1≧400μm、p2≧200μm、p2≧400μm、p1≦4000μm、p1≦1000μm、p2≦4000μm、若しくはp2≦1000μm、又はp1=p2であることができる。

図5I:互いに交差する複数の直線状の壁部分24、26を、それぞれに異なる間隔で配置した壁状部22を備える。このような壁状部22を備える微細突起20は、剥離層12の剥離力が粘着層14に沿った剥離層12の剥離方向に応じて異なるようにする形状を有するものである。図示の例では、間隔の広い壁部分24が順次剥離される方向(つまり壁部分26に略平行な方向)へ剥離層12を剥離するときの剥離力は、間隔の狭い壁部分26が順次剥離される方向(つまり壁部分24に略平行な方向)へ剥離層12を剥離するときの剥離力よりも小さくなる。
図2A及び図2Bに示す剥離層12を、微細突起20のパラメータi、ii及びivを変更して作製し、サンプル1〜5を用意した。個々のサンプル1〜5は、ホモポリプロピレンと低密度ポリエチレンとの90/10のブレンドを材料として厚み200μmのオレフィンシートを作製した後、微細突起20の雌型を有する金属製の型板にオレフィンシートを加熱下で押し付けることにより作製した。他方、ホモポリプロピレンと低密度ポリエチレンとの90/10のブレンドから作製した厚み200μmの平坦なオレフィンシートを、比較例1による剥離層12′とした。
サンプル1:h=100μm、p1=p2=500μm、R=6.9%
サンプル2:h=100μm、p1=p2=800μm、R=4.3%
サンプル3:h=100μm、p1=p2=1000μm、R=3.5%
サンプル4:h=75μm、p1=p2=800μm、R=4.3%
サンプル5:h=125μm、p1=p2=800μm、R=3.5%
他のパラメータiii及びvは共通とし、w1=w2=35μm、θ=40°とした。
粘着層14及び基材層18を有するシリコーン粘着テープとして、下記のテープ2及びテープ3を用意した。
テープ2:粘着剤としてMQ樹脂(MQ803TF(商品名))(Wacker chemie AG(ミュンヘン)より入手可能)60部を、シラノール末端ポリジメチルシロキサン液(Wacker Elastomer 350N(商品名))(Wacker chemie AG(ミュンヘン)より入手可能)100部に溶かしてコーティングシロップを得た。このコーティングシロップを、実験1のテープ1の基材層18と同じ不織布からなる基材層18に、ナイフコータによって厚み0.050mmに塗布し、その直後に、60KGy/180KeVの電子ビーム照射に曝して硬化させ、粘着層14を形成した。
テープ3:コーティングシロップの塗布厚みを0.025mmとした以外は、テープ2と同じ条件で作製した。
図2A及び図2Bに示す剥離層12を、図3を参照して説明した方法により、サンプル2と同じパラメータi〜vで作製し、サンプル6を用意した。目付量は800g/m2であった。他方、比較例2として、表面にフロロシリコーン剥離剤を塗布した剥離層12′(Fujiko K1(商品名))(株式会社フジコー(丸亀市)より入手可能)を用意し、比較例3として、表面にフロロカーボン剥離剤を塗布した剥離層12′(Scotchpak(商標名) 9741(商品名))(スリーエムジャパン株式会社(東京都)より入手可能)を用意した。
粘着層14及び基材層18を有するシリコーン粘着テープとして、下記のテープ4を用意した。
テープ4:粘着剤としてMQ樹脂(MQ803TF(商品名))(Wacker chemie AG(ミュンヘン)より入手可能)30部を、トリメチルシリル末端ポリジメチルシロキサン液(Wacker shilicone fluid AK 1,000,000(商品名))(Wacker chemie AG(ミュンヘン)より入手可能)100部に溶かしてコーティングシロップを得た。このコーティングシロップを、シリコーン処理したPETフィルムからなる基材層18に、ナイフコータによって厚み0.050mmに塗布し、その直後に、40KGy/180KeVの電子ビーム照射に曝して硬化させ、粘着層14を形成した。
実験4で条件3及び条件2に曝した後の物品10、10′から剥離層12、12′を剥離して、それぞれのテープ4の粘着層14をステンレス板に重ね、重さ2kgのローラを基材層18の上で1往復させて、個々のテープ4をステンレス板に貼り付けた。それらテープ4をステンレス板から180°方向へ300mm/分の速度で剥離する剥離試験を行い、テープ4をステンレス板から剥離するために要する力(すなわち接着強度)(N/25mm)を測定した。測定結果(3回の試験の平均値)を表5に示す。

- 粘着剤を含む粘着層と、
前記粘着層に積層される剥離層と、
前記粘着層と前記剥離層との間に介在する空気層とを具備し、
前記剥離層の、前記粘着層に対向する面に、先端で前記粘着層の、前記剥離層に対向する面に接触する微細突起が設けられ、
前記微細突起は、前記粘着層と前記剥離層との間で前記空気層を少なくとも部分的に包囲する形状を有する壁状部であって、前記空気層に隣接する前記粘着層の主部分を汚染から保護する壁状部を備える、
物品。 - 前記壁状部は、互いに交差する複数の壁部分を有する、請求項1に記載の物品。
- 前記壁状部は、互いに離隔する複数の壁部分を有する、請求項1に記載の物品。
- 前記空気層は、前記複数の壁部分によって分割される複数の空気層部分を有する、請求項2又は3に記載の物品。
- 前記微細突起は、前記壁状部から離隔して前記粘着層の前記主部分に接触する柱状部を備える、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の物品。
- 前記微細突起は、前記剥離層の剥離力が前記粘着層に沿った前記剥離層の剥離方向に応じて異なるようにする形状を有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の物品。
- 前記面からの前記微細突起の突出高さが、前記粘着層の厚み以上である、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の物品。
- 前記微細突起と前記粘着層との接触面の、前記粘着層の全面に対する面積率が、0%よりも大きく、50%以下である、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の物品。
- 前記微細突起と前記粘着層との間に剥離剤が存在しない、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の物品。
