Description
アクリル感圧性接着剤(PSA)組成物を、剥離ライナーの構造化表面上にコーティングした。剥離ライナーの構造化表面は、シリコーン剥離コーティングの薄層を有した。次いで、接着剤でコーティングされたライナーを、溶媒でコーティングされた製剤でオーブン乾燥させた。白く可塑化した、可撓性PVC裏材フィルム(厚さ50μm(2mil))を、露出したPSA層上に積層した。PSA組成物を、既知の動的機械分析及びマスター曲線構築法により特徴づけた。PSA組成物を用いた、基準温度25℃における、様々な周波数の複素せん断弾性率の大きさ、│G*│(パスカル)を、以下の表に示す。
異なるパターンを形成する隆起部構造を有する剥離ライナーと、1セットしか隆起部を有しない比較用剥離ライナーを使用したことを除いて、実施例1を繰り返した。本実施例では接着剤Aを用いた。
Claims (7)
- 接着層と、
前記接着層の第一主表面上の構造化表面であって、溝部のいずれかの縁部上の接着剤表面により画定された基準平面から前記接着層の中へ凹んだ、第一溝部及び第二溝部を備える構造化表面と
を含んでなる物品であって、
前記第二溝部が前記第一溝部内に含まれ、前記第一溝部及び前記第二溝部が壁を有し、前記基準平面に対する前記第一溝部の壁角度が、ゼロではなくかつ前記基準平面に対する前記第二溝部の壁角度よりも小さい、物品。 - 前記第二溝部の実在する壁が、前記第一溝部の実在する壁と交差する、請求項1に記載の物品。
- 前記接着剤表面からの突出部を備える、請求項1に記載の物品。
- 接着層と、
前記接着層の第一主表面上の構造化表面であって、溝部のいずれかの縁部上の接着剤表面により画定された基準平面から前記接着層の中へ凹んだ、第一溝部及び第二溝部を備える構造化表面と
を含んでなる物品であって、
前記第一溝部及び前記第二溝部が、それぞれ前記基準平面とある角度で交わる実質的に対称な壁を有し、前記第一溝部の壁角度が前記第二溝部の壁角度より小さい、物品。 - 接着剤を基材に接着する方法であって、
接着層の第一主表面を基材に接触させて配置することを含み、
前記接着層が前記第一主表面上に構造化表面を備え、前記構造化表面が、溝部のいずれかの縁部上の前記接着剤表面により画定された基準平面から前記接着層の中へ凹んだ、第一溝部及び第二溝部を備え、かつ、前記基準平面に対する前記第一溝部の壁角度が前記基準平面に対する前記第二溝部の壁角度より小さく、
前記第二溝部の実在する壁の主部が前記基材に接触せずに、前記第一溝部の実在する壁の主部が前記基材に接触するように、前記接着剤が変形する、方法。 - 剥離ライナーの第一主表面上の構造化表面であって、前記剥離ライナーの隆起部の底部における前記ライナー表面により画定されたライナー基準平面から突出した、第一隆起部及び第二隆起部を備える構造化表面
を含んでなる剥離ライナーであって、
前記第二隆起部が前記第一隆起部内に含まれ、前記第一隆起部及び前記第二隆起部が壁を有し、前記ライナー基準平面に対する前記第一隆起部の壁角度が、ゼロではなくかつ前記ライナー基準平面に対する前記第二隆起部の壁角度より小さい、剥離ライナー。 - 剥離ライナーの第一主表面上の構造化表面であって、前記剥離ライナーの隆起部の底部における前記ライナー表面により画定されたライナー基準平面から突出した、第一隆起部及び第二隆起部を備える構造化表面
を含んでなる剥離ライナーであって、
前記第一隆起部及び前記第二隆起部が、前記ライナー基準平面とある角度で交わる実質的に対称な壁を有し、前記第一隆起部の壁角度が前記第二隆起部の壁角度よりも小さい、剥離ライナー。
