Abstract
本发明公开了一种隔热玻璃膜,为多层结构,包括依次设置的耐磨层、基层、隔热层、防紫外线层和粘胶层,耐磨层设置在最外侧,粘胶层设置在最内侧;粘胶层的表面具有凹凸结构,的凹凸结构为:在粘胶层的表面设有凹槽,凹槽的底面设有凸起;粘胶层表面粘有感压胶。本发明隔热玻璃膜,能增强隔热玻璃膜与玻璃的粘贴牢固程度,从而提高美观性和安全性。

技术领域
本发明涉及保温隔热领域,特别是涉及一种隔热玻璃膜。
背景技术
玻璃因其质量轻、透明、美观的特性,广泛应用于建筑和汽车中,然而玻璃的隔热效果很差,这使得在改善建筑和汽车外观的同时,阳光透过玻璃在建筑及车内积聚大量热量,从而增加了空调的使用频率耗费了大量能源。
为了解决以上问题,美国3M公司研制出了太阳隔热膜,它具有隔热节能、抗紫外线、美观舒适、安全防爆等功能,夏天可以隔外热,冬天还可以减少室内温度的散发,然而现有技术中的隔热玻璃膜在粘贴时经常粘贴不牢固,使得在隔热玻璃膜和玻璃之间产生间隙,隔热玻璃膜与玻璃间产生难以清理的污垢,更严重的是当玻璃因为意外情况破碎时不能将玻璃碎片粘牢从而对人造成伤害。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种隔热玻璃膜,以增强隔热玻璃膜与玻璃的粘贴牢固程度,从而提高美观性和安全性。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下方案:
一种隔热玻璃膜,为多层结构,包括依次设置的耐磨层、基层、隔热层、防紫外线层和粘胶层,所述耐磨层设置在最外侧,所述粘胶层设置在最内侧;所述粘胶层的表面具有凹凸结构,所述的凹凸结构为:在所述粘胶层的表面设有凹槽,所述凹槽的底面设有凸起;所述粘胶层表面粘有感压胶。
进一步的,所述凹槽为棱台形,所述凸起为棱台形。
进一步的,所述基层的材料为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯。
进一步的,所述粘胶层的材料为高弹性材料。
进一步的,所述耐磨层表面粘贴有薄片,所述薄片为易弯折塑料。
进一步的,所述耐磨层与所述薄片间用感压胶粘贴。
根据本发明提供的具体实施例,本发明公开了以下技术效果:粘胶层表面设有凹凸结构,这种凹凸结构能够与玻璃表面的微观凹凸结构相配合,增大隔热玻璃膜与玻璃的接触面积,增强吸附性;粘胶层表面粘有感压胶,感压胶占据了粘胶层表面的凹形空间,驱赶了空气,当对隔热玻璃膜施压时,粘胶层表面凹形空间中的胶被挤出,当撤回压力时,隔热玻璃膜由于弹性恢复原形,粘胶层表面凹形空间形成负压,从而增强吸附性。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明的目的是提供一种具有强吸附性的隔热玻璃膜。
为使本发明的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
实施例1、
如说明书附图图1所示,本发明一种隔热玻璃膜,为多层结构,包括依次设置的耐磨层1、基层2、隔热层3、防紫外线层4和粘胶层5,耐磨层1设置在最外侧,基层2与耐磨层1贴合,粘胶层5设置在最内侧;如说明书附图图1、图2所示,粘胶层5的表面具有凹凸结构,的凹凸结构为:在粘胶层5的表面设有凹槽,凹槽的底面设有凸起;粘胶层5表面粘有感压胶。
粘胶层表面设有凹凸结构,在对隔热玻璃膜施加压力时,这种凹凸结构能够与玻璃表面的微观凹凸结构密切接触,增大隔热玻璃膜与玻璃的接触面积,从而增强吸附性;当撤回压力时,隔热玻璃膜由于弹性恢复原形,粘胶层表面凹形空间形成负压,从而增强吸附性。
实施例2、
本实施例一种隔热玻璃膜的结构与实施例1相同,区别在于:本实施例凹槽为棱台形,凸起为棱台形;基层2的材料为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯,采用挤出法制成厚片,再经双向拉伸制成的薄膜材料;粘胶层5的材料为聚氨酯;耐磨层1表面粘贴有两片薄片6,如说明书附图图3所示,薄片6为EEA树脂,EEA树脂是聚烯烃中韧性及柔度是最大的,对应力断裂、冲击、和弯曲疲劳有较强的抵抗力,因此能够承受很大的拉力和剪力;耐磨层1与薄片6间用感压胶粘贴。
现有技术中进行隔热玻璃膜的粘贴时,常常将手与胶接触,使污染物粘附胶层,降低了胶的黏性,时间长了还有可能翻边,影响美观。本实施例中,耐磨层1表面粘贴有两片薄片,耐磨层与薄片间用感压胶粘贴,当进行贴膜时,只需将薄片粘贴在需要的位置,用手握住薄片即可进行粘贴,当完成一个部位的粘贴后,将薄片揭下再贴到另一个需要的位置继续使用。感压胶为可反复粘贴的胶类,因此薄片可反复使用。因为本发明中隔热玻璃膜与玻璃具有强吸附性,所以在揭下薄片时不会使隔热玻璃膜脱离玻璃。
本说明书中各个实施例采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处,各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。对于实施例公开的系统而言,由于其与实施例公开的方法相对应,所以描述的比较简单,相关之处参见方法部分说明即可。
本文中应用了具体个例对本发明的原理及实施方式进行了阐述,以上实施例的说明只是用于帮助理解本发明的方法及其核心思想;同时,对于本领域的一般技术人员,依据本发明的思想,在具体实施方式及应用范围上均会有改变之处。综上所述,本说明书内容不应理解为对本发明的限制。
Claims (4)
1.一种隔热玻璃膜,其特征在于,所述隔热玻璃膜为多层结构,包括依次设置的耐磨层(1)、基层(2)、隔热层(3)、防紫外线层(4)和粘胶层(5),所述耐磨层(1)设置在最外侧,所述粘胶层(5)设置在最内侧;所述粘胶层(5)的表面具有凹凸结构,所述的凹凸结构为:在所述粘胶层(5)的表面设有凹槽,所述凹槽的底面设有凸起;所述粘胶层(5)表面粘有感压胶;所述凹槽为棱台形,所述凸起为棱台形;
所述耐磨层(1)表面粘贴有薄片(6),所述薄片(6)为易弯折塑料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔热玻璃膜,其特征在于,所述基层(2)的材料为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔热玻璃膜,其特征在于,所述粘胶层(5)的材料为高弹性材料。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔热玻璃膜,其特征在于,所述耐磨层(1)与所述薄片(6)间用感压胶粘贴。
