実施例1
比較例として、従来のレジェトレックス(Legetolex)制振積層体(合計厚み4mm、127μmのアルミニウム箔拘束層、密度7kg/m2)を使用した。
厚み約3.5mmのハニカムコア層、および、前記拘束層とセル充填率0%の前記ハニカムコア層との間の構造制振材の層を使用して、本発明による積層体を製造した。作製された積層体構造は、拘束層/中間層/ハニカムコア層/制振材/剥離ライナーであった。本発明による積層体の総厚みは、5.4mm(剥離ライナーを除く)であり、総重量は3.6kg/m2であった。
Claims (14)
- ハニカムコア層と、少なくとも一層の構造制振材とを備える積層体であって、
前記構造制振材は、
前記ハニカムコア層の少なくとも一方側の上で連続層を形成し、
さらに少なくとも部分的に前記ハニカムコア層のセルを充填する、積層体。 - ハニカムコア層と、少なくとも一層の構造制振材とを備える積層体であって、前記構造制振材は、前記ハニカムコア層のいずれのセルも充填していない、積層体。
- 拘束層をさらに備える、請求項1または2に記載の積層体。
- 前記ハニカムコアの各側において、セルの50%が閉塞されている、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の積層体。
- 前記構造制振材が、粘弾性材料であって、好ましくはゴム、より好ましくはブチルゴムであるか、または、瀝青系材料であって、好ましくはアスファルトである、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の積層体。
- 前記ハニカムコア層の各側に、構造制振材の層を備える、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の積層体。
- 前記拘束層が、好ましくはアルミニウム箔である金属系箔およびシート、ならびに、熱可塑性材料で作製されるフィルムおよびシートから選択される、請求項3〜6のいずれか一項に記載の積層体。
- 前記積層体が、一方側に剥離ライナーが設けられた両面接着シートをさらに備える、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の積層体。
- 前記セルの充填率が20%〜100%である、請求項1および3〜8のいずれか一項に記載の積層体。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の前記積層体を備える、製品、特に食器洗浄機。
- 断熱および/または遮音および/または制振が要求される製品における請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の積層体の使用。
- 白物産業、あるいは、自動車または航空宇宙セクターにおける、請求項11に記載の使用。
- ハニカムコア層を設ける工程、構造制振材の層を少なくとも一層設ける工程、および、任意に拘束層を設ける工程を備える、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の積層体の製造方法。
- 積層または(同時)押出しによって、前記層が順にまたは同時に設けられる、請求項13の方法。
