Claims (5)
- 積層配向している少なくとも2つの熱可塑性ポリマーフォームを含み、熱可塑性ポリマーフォームのそれぞれが、
(a)ポリマースキンを含む隣接表面;
(b)隣接表面に対して垂直な方向の厚さ寸法;
(c)隣接表面を貫いてフォームの厚さ寸法未満の深さまで達する直径1ミリメートル未満の穿孔;
を有し、1つの熱可塑性ポリマーフォームの隣接表面が別の熱可塑性ポリマーフォームの隣接表面に隣接し接着剤により接着されていることにより熱可塑性ポリマーフォームが互いに固定されているポリマーフォーム物品。 - 前記接着剤が、1コンポーネントポリウレタン、2コンポーネントポリウレタン及びホットメルト接着剤からなる群から選ばれる、請求項1に記載のポリマーフォーム物品。
- 別の隣接表面に接着された各隣接表面の表面積の少なくとも50%を覆うポリマースキンによりさらに特徴付けられる、請求項1又は2に記載のポリマーフォーム物品。
- (a)ポリマースキンを含む隣接表面、隣接表面に対して垂直な方向の厚さ寸法及び隣接表面を貫いてフォームの厚さ寸法未満の深さまで達する直径1ミリメートル未満の穿孔をそれぞれ有する少なくとも2つの熱可塑性ポリマーフォームを用意する工程;
(b)少なくとも1つの隣接表面に接着剤を適用する工程;
(c)1つの熱可塑性ポリマーフォームの隣接表面が別の熱可塑性ポリマーフォームの隣接表面と隣接し、これら2つの熱可塑性ポリマーフォームの間に接着剤が存在するように、2つの熱可塑性ポリマーフォームを積層配向で配置する工程;及び
(d)熱可塑性ポリマーフォームの間の接着剤により熱可塑性ポリマーフォームを接着させる工程、
を含む、請求項1に記載のポリマーフォーム物品の製造方法。 - 接着剤が、1コンポーネントポリウレタン、2コンポーネントポリウレタン及びホットメルト接着剤からなる群から選ばれる、請求項4に記載の方法。
