Abstract
1. Изделие из полимерной пены, содержащее, по меньшей мере, две термопластичные полимерные пены в слоистой ориентации, каждая из термопластичных полимерных пен имеет:(a) соединяемую поверхность, которая содержит полимерный внешний слой;(b) размер по толщине, перпендикулярный к соединяемой поверхности;(c) перфорации, которые имеют меньше одного миллиметра в диаметре, которые проходят через соединяемую поверхность на глубину меньшую, чем размер по толщине пены;где соединяемая поверхность одной термопластичной полимерной пены соседствует с соединяемой поверхностью другой термопластичной полимерной пены и приклеивается к ней, тем самым скрепляя термопластичные полимерные пены друг с другом.2. Изделие из полимерной пены по п.1, где адгезив выбирают из группы, состоящей из однокомпонентного полиуретана, двухкомпонентного полиуретана и адгезивов, наносимых из расплава.3. Изделие из полимерной пены по п.1, дополнительно отличающееся перфорациями, занимающими площадь один квадратный миллиметр или более на квадратный сантиметр площади соединяемой поверхности, для каждой из двух соединяемых поверхностей, которые соседствуют друг с другом.4. Изделие из полимерной пены по п.1, дополнительно отличающееся полимерным внешним слоем, покрывающим, по меньшей мере, 50 процентов площади поверхности каждой соединяемой поверхности, которые приклеиваются к другой соединяемой поверхности.5. Изделие из полимерной пены по п.1, содержащее, по меньшей мере, три термопластичные полимерные пены, каждая из которых имеет размер по толщине, где первые две из термопластичных полимерных пен имеют, по меньшей мере, одну соединяемую поверхность
Claims (10)
1. Изделие из полимерной пены, содержащее, по меньшей мере, две термопластичные полимерные пены в слоистой ориентации, каждая из термопластичных полимерных пен имеет:
(a) соединяемую поверхность, которая содержит полимерный внешний слой;
(b) размер по толщине, перпендикулярный к соединяемой поверхности;
(c) перфорации, которые имеют меньше одного миллиметра в диаметре, которые проходят через соединяемую поверхность на глубину меньшую, чем размер по толщине пены;
где соединяемая поверхность одной термопластичной полимерной пены соседствует с соединяемой поверхностью другой термопластичной полимерной пены и приклеивается к ней, тем самым скрепляя термопластичные полимерные пены друг с другом.
2. Изделие из полимерной пены по п.1, где адгезив выбирают из группы, состоящей из однокомпонентного полиуретана, двухкомпонентного полиуретана и адгезивов, наносимых из расплава.
3. Изделие из полимерной пены по п.1, дополнительно отличающееся перфорациями, занимающими площадь один квадратный миллиметр или более на квадратный сантиметр площади соединяемой поверхности, для каждой из двух соединяемых поверхностей, которые соседствуют друг с другом.
4. Изделие из полимерной пены по п.1, дополнительно отличающееся полимерным внешним слоем, покрывающим, по меньшей мере, 50 процентов площади поверхности каждой соединяемой поверхности, которые приклеиваются к другой соединяемой поверхности.
5. Изделие из полимерной пены по п.1, содержащее, по меньшей мере, три термопластичные полимерные пены, каждая из которых имеет размер по толщине, где первые две из термопластичных полимерных пен имеют, по меньшей мере, одну соединяемую поверхность и, по меньшей мере, третья термопластичная полимерная пена имеет две противоположные соединяемые поверхности, где каждая соединяемая поверхность содержит полимерный внешний слой и перфорации, которые имеют меньше одного миллиметра в диаметре, которые проходят через соединяемую поверхность на глубину меньшую, чем размер по толщине пены, где соединяемые поверхности двух термопластичных полимерных пен соседствуют с противоположными соединяемыми поверхностями третьей термопластичной полимерной пены и термопластичные полимерные пены скрепляются друг с другом.
6. Способ получения изделия из полимерной пены по п.1, включающий:
(a) получение, по меньшей мере, двух термопластичных полимерных пен, каждая из которых имеет соединяемую поверхность, которая содержит полимерный внешний слой, размер по толщине, перпендикулярный к соединяемой поверхности, и перфорации, которые имеют меньше одного миллиметра в диаметре, которые проходят через соединяемую поверхность на глубину меньшую, чем толщина пены;
(b) нанесение адгезива, по меньшей мере, на одну соединяемую поверхность;
(c) позиционирование двух термопластичных полимерных пен в слоистой ориентации таким образом, что соединяемая поверхность одной термопластичной полимерной пены соседствует с соединяемой поверхностью другой термопластичной полимерной пены, с адгезивом между двумя термопластичными полимерными пенами; и
(d) склеивание термопластичных полимерных пен вместе, с адгезивом между термопластичными полимерными пенами.
7. Способ по п.6, где адгезив наносится как пена.
8. Способ по п.6, где адгезив выбирают из группы, состоящей из однокомпонентного полиуретана, двухкомпонентного полиуретана и адгезивов, наносимых из расплава.
9. Способ по п.6, где стадия (a) включает перфорирование соединяемых поверхностей, по меньшей мере, двух термопластичных полимерных пен, с тем, чтобы создать плотность перфорации один квадратный миллиметр или больше на квадратный сантиметр площади соединяемой поверхности для двух соединяемых поверхностей, которые позиционируются по соседству друг с другом на стадии (b).
10. Способ по п.6, дополнительно отличающийся стадией (a), включающей получение, по меньшей мере, трех термопластичных пен, каждая из которых имеет размер по толщине, где первые две из термопластичных полимерных пен имеют, по меньшей мере, одну соединяемую поверхность и, по меньшей мере, третья термопластичная полимерная пена имеет две противоположные соединяемые поверхности, где каждая соединяемая поверхность содержит полимерный внешний слой и перфорации, которые имеют меньше одного миллиметра в диаметре, которые проходят через соединяемую поверхность на глубину меньшую, чем размер по толщине пены, стадией (b), включающей позиционирование термопластичных полимерных пен таким образом, что соединяемые поверхности двух из термопластичных полимерных пен соседствуют с противоположными соединяемыми поверхностями третьей термопластичной полимерной пены, и стадией (c), включающей склеивание термопластичных полимерных пен друг с другом, с адгезивом между пенами.
