Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- 기재와, 상기 기재의 표면에 형성된 언더코팅막(undercoat film)과, 상기 언더코팅막의 표면에 형성된 금속 알콕시드의 발액막(撥液膜)을 포함하는 부재.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 발액막은 금속 알콕시드 중합체의 분자막인 것을 특징으로 하는 부재.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 금속 알콕시드는 불소를 함유하는 긴 사슬 고분자기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 부재.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 금속 알콕시드는 발액기(撥液基)를 갖는 금속산염인 것을 특징으로 하는 부재.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 금속 알콕시드는 실란 커플링제인 것을 특징으로 하는 부재.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 언더코팅막은 실리콘 재료의 플라즈마 중합막을 포함하거나, SiO2, ZnO, NiO, SnO2, Al2O3, ZrO2, 산화동, 산화은, 산화 크롬, 또는 산화철을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부재.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 발액막은,상기 언더코팅막의 표면을 산화 처리 및 수소 처리를 통해서 OH기로 종단하는 것과,상기 언더코팅막 표면에서 금속 알콕시드를 상기 OH기와 반응시키는 것을포함하는 공정에 의해서 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 부재.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 발액막은,상기 언더코팅막의 표면을 플라즈마 또는 자외선 조사를 통해서 OH기로 종단하는 것과,상기 언더코팅막 표면에서 금속 알콕시드를 상기 OH기와 반응시키는 것을포함하는 공정에 의해서 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 부재.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 기재는 금속재료 또는 복합재료를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부재.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 기재는 수지계 재료를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부재.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 금속 재료는 스텐레스 강인 것을 특징으로 하는 부재.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 복합 재료는 실리콘, 사파이어 또는 탄소를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부재.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 수지계 재료는, 폴리테트라플루오르에틸렌, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리이미드, 폴리아미드이미드, 폴리페닐렌설파이드, 폴리에테르-에테르 케톤, 폴리옥시메틸렌, 폴리스티렌, 아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔-스티렌, 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트, 폴리페닐렌 에테르, 티탄산 칼륨 섬유-복합 수지, 폴리프로필렌, 에틸렌-프로필렌-디엔 테르코폴리머, 올레핀 엘라스토머, 우레탄 엘라스토머, 클로로프렌 고무, 실리콘 고무 및 부틸 고무로 이루어지는 그룹으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 부재.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 기재는 적어도 400℃의 열에 내열성을 가지며,상기 발액막은:상기 언더코팅막을 가열하는 것과,가열하면서 금속 알콕시드 용액에 상기 언더코팅막을 침지하는 것을포함하는 공정에 의해서 상기 언더코팅막 상에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 부재.
- 제14항에 있어서,상기 언더코팅막의 가열 온도는 200 내지 400℃ 사이에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 부재.
- 제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 부재를 포함하는 액체 분출 헤드용 노즐 플레이트.
- 제16항에 기재된 노즐 플레이트를 포함하는 액체 분출 헤드.
- 제17항에 기재된 액체 분출 헤드를 구비한 액체 분출 장치.
- 헤드 캡, 헤드 클리닝용 와이퍼, 헤드 클리닝용 와이퍼의 지지 레버, 기어, 플래튼 또는 캐리지인 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항 내지 제8항, 제10항 및 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 부재.
- 제19항에 기재된 부재를 구비한 액체 분출 장치.
