Claims (4)
- 전해동박(電解銅箔)에 의한 도체층을 적층한 절연층을 가지고, 상기 도체층을 에칭(Etching)하여 회로형성한 때의 에칭영역에 있어서의 절연층의 광투과율이 50%이상인 칩온 필름(Chip-On-Film ; 이하, COF로 칭한다)용 플렉시블(Flexible) 프린트배선판에 있어서,상기 전해동박은, 절연층에 접착되는 접착면에 니켈―아연합금에 의한 방청처리층을 구비하고,상기 접착면의 표면거칠기(Rz)는 0.05 ∼ 1.5㎛임과 동시에 입사각 60°에 있어서의 경면광택도가 250이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 COF용 플렉시블 프린트배선판.
- 제 1항에 있어서,니켈―아연합금은, 99 ∼ 50wt%니켈과, 1 ∼ 50wt%아연으로부터 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 COF용 플렉시블 프린트배선판.
- 방청처리층은, 니켈―아연합금층 위로 크로메이트(Chromate)층을 형성한 것이며, 상기 방청처리층 표면에는 아미노(Amino) 관능성(官能性) 실런커플링(Silane Coupling)제를 흡착시킨 실런커플링제 흡착층을 형성한 것인 것을 특징으로 하는 제 1항 또는 제 2항 기재의 COF용 플렉시블 프린트배선판용 동박.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,전해동박의 접착면은, 광택면인 것을 특징으로 하는 COF용 플렉시블 프린트배선판.
