Claims (30)
- 유기 액상 반응 매질 내에서 2족 금속 화합물 및 전자주개 또는 그 전구체를 반응시켜 2족 금속-전자주개의 착물 용액을 제조하는 단계;상기 착물을 용액 내에서 적어도 하나의 전이금속과 반응시켜 상기 착물 내에서 상기 2족 금속의 50 몰 %를 초과하여 함유하는 분산된 상의 에멀션을 생성하는 단계;에멀션 안정화제의 존재하에서 교반 및 상기 분산된 상 액적의 고형화에 의하여 상기 분산된 상의 액적을 평균 5 ~ 200 ㎛ 크기 범위 이내로 유지하는 단계; 및촉매 성분을 수득하기 위하여 상기 입자를 회수, 세척 및 건조하는 단계를 포함하는 소정의 크기 범위를 갖는 입자 형태의 올레핀 중합 촉매 성분을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 전이금속은 4족 금속인 방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 2족 금속은 마그네슘인 방법.
- 선행하는 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 유기 액상 반응 매질은 C6-C10방향족 탄화수소 또는 C6-C10방향족 탄화수소와 C5-C9지방족 탄화수소의 혼합물을 포함하는 방법.
- 선행하는 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 에멀션은 0.1초과 10 미만 몰비의 4족 금속/마그네슘을 포함하는 TiCl4/톨루엔 불용성 오일인 분산된 상(dispersed phase)과, 상기 분산된 상보다 저밀도로서 10 ~ 100 몰비의 4족 금속/마그네슘을 포함하는 오일인 분산상(disperse phase)으로 구성되는 방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 분산상의 4족 금속/마그네슘의 몰비는 20 ~ 80 인 방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 분산상의 4족 금속/마그네슘의 몰비는 45 ~ 75인 방법.
- 선행하는 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 착물 및 상기 전이금속 화합물은 10 ~ 60 ℃의 온도에서 반응되는 방법.
- 선행하는 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 입자의 고형화는 가열에 의하여 수행되는 방법.
- 선행하는 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 전자주개는 방향족 카르복시산 에스테르인 방법.
- 선행하는 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 전자주개는 디(에틸-헥실) 프탈산염인 방법.
- 선행하는 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 전자주개는 방향족 카르복시산 클로라이드 전구체와 C2-C16알카놀 및/또는 디올의 반응에 의하여 원 위치에서 형성되는 방법.
- 선행하는 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 액상 반응 매질은 톨루엔을 포함하는 방법.
- 제 2항 내지 제 13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 4족 금속은 티타늄인 방법.
- 제 2항 내지 제 14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 4족 금속 화합물은 할로겐 화합물인 방법.
- 제 3항 내지 제 15항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 마그네슘 착물과 상기 4족 금속 화합물은 20 ℃ 초과 50 ℃ 미만의 온도에서 반응되는 방법.
- 선행하는 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 에멀션 안정화제는 계면활성제인 방법.
- 제 17항에 있어서,상기 계면활성제는 아크릴계 중합체 또는 메타크릴계 중합체를 포함하는 방법.
- 제 5항 내지 제 18항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 고밀도 오일의 상기 4족 금속/마그네슘의 몰비는 2 ~ 4이고, 상기 분산상 오일의 상기 4족 금속/마그네슘의 몰비는 55 ~ 65인 방법.
- 제 19항에 있어서,상기 고밀도 오일에서의 4족 금속/마그네슘의 몰비에 대한 상기 분산상 오일에서의 4족 금속/마그네슘 몰비의 비율은 적어도 10인 방법.
- 제 8항 내지 제 20항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 에멀션은 상기 입자를 고형화할 수 있는 70 ~ 150 ℃의 온도에서 가열되는 방법.
- 제 21항에 있어서,상기 에멀션이 가열되는 온도는 90 ~ 110 ℃인 방법.
- 선행하는 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 2족 금속 착물의 제조는 20 ~ 80 ℃의 온도에서 수행되는 방법.
- 제 23항에 있어서,상기 2족 금속은 마그네슘으로서, 상기 마그네슘 착물의 조제는 50 ~ 70 ℃의 온도에서 수행되는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 전이금속은 5족 금속 및/또는 6족 금속인 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 전이금속은 Cu, Fe, Co, Ni, 및/또는 Pd인 방법.
- 선행하는 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 수득된 촉매 성분은 5 ~ 200 ㎛의 평균 크기 범위를 갖는 입자 형태인 방법.
- 제 27항에 있어서,상기 입자는 10 ~ 100 ㎛, 바람직하게는 20 ~ 50 ㎛의 평균 크기 범위를 갖는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 28항 중 어느 한 항에 따라 제조된 촉매 성분과,알킬 알루미늄 보조 촉매, 및선택적으로 외부 주개(exteranl donor)를 포함하는 올레핀 중합 촉매.
- C2내지 C10α-올레핀의 중합을 위하여 제 29항에 따른 촉매의 용도.
