Claims (21)
- 라디칼 발생제로 가황한 가황 고무 부재와 하기 수학식 1로 표시되는 궤도 상호 작용 에너지 계수 S가 0.006 이상인 수소 원자 또는 황 원자를 1분자 중에 평균 2개 이상 갖는 열가소성 수지를 포함하는 수지 부재와의 조합으로 구성되어 있되, 단 상기 조합은 (1) 아미노기를 갖는 지방족 폴리아미드계 수지와, 카르복실기 또는 산무수물기 함유 비가황 고무와의 조합, (2) 지방족 폴리아미드계 수지와 실란 화합물을 포함하는 비가황 고무와의 조합, (3) 에폭시기 함유 수지와, 카르복실기 또는 산무수물기 함유 비가황 고무와의 조합을 포함하지 않으며, (4) 열가소성 수지가 폴리아미드계 수지일 때, 비가황고무는 다관능성 가황 활성제를 포함하고, (5) 열가소성 수지가 폴리페닐렌에테르계 수지일 때, 비가황 고무는 가황 활성제를 포함하는 것인, 비실리콘계 비가황 고무의 가황에 의해 생성된 가황 고무 부재 및 열가소성 수지로 구성된 수지 부재가 직접 접합된 복합체.<수학식 1>식 중, Ec, CH0M0,n, EHOMO,n, CLUMO,n, ELUMO,n은 모두 반경험적 분자 궤도법 MOPACPM3에 의해 산출된 값으로서, Ec는 라디칼 발생제의 라디칼 궤도 에너지(eV)를 나타내고, CHOMO,n은 열가소성 수지의 기본 단위를 구성하는 제 n번째 수소 원자 또는 황 원자의 최고 점유 분자 궤도(HOMO)의 분자 궤도 계수를 나타내며, EHOMO,n은 상기H0M0의 궤도 에너지(eV)를 나타내고, CLUM0,n은 상기 n번째 수소 원자 또는 황 원자의 최저 비점유 분자 궤도(LUMO)의 분자 궤도 계수를 나타내며, ELUM0,n은 상기 LUMO의 궤도 에너지(eV)를 나타낸다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 수지가 폴리아미드계 수지, 폴리에스테르계 수지, 폴리에테르계 수지, 폴리올레핀계 수지, 폴리우레탄계 수지 및 열가소성 엘라스토머로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 열가소성 수지인 복합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 수지가 지방족 폴리아미드계 수지, 방향족 폴리에스테르계 수지, 폴리아세탈계 수지, 폴리페닐렌에테르계 수지, 폴리술피드계 수지, 폴리올레핀계 수지, 폴리우레탄계 수지, 폴리아미드계 엘라스토머, 폴리에스테르계 엘라스토머, 폴리우레탄계 엘라스토머, 폴리스티렌계 엘라스토머 및 폴리올레핀계 엘라스토머로부터 선택된 1종 이상인 복합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고무가 디엔계 고무, 올레핀계 고무, 아크릴계 고무, 불소 함유 고무 및 우레탄계 고무로부터 선택된 1종 이상인 복합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 라디칼 발생제가 유기 과산화물, 아조 화합물, 황 함유 유기 화합물로부터 선택된 1종 이상인 복합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 라디칼 발생제가 유기 과산화물인 복합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 라디칼 발생제의 비율이 비가황 고무 100 중량부에 대하여 1 내지 10 중량부인 복합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 비가황 고무 및 열가소성 수지 중 하나 이상의 성분이 가황 활성제를 함유하는 복합체.
- 제8항에 있어서, 가황 활성제가 1분자 중에 2개 이상의 중합성 불포화 결합을 갖는 유기 화합물인 복합체.
- 제8항에 있어서, 가황 활성제의 비율이 비가황 고무 및 열가소성 수지 중 적어도 하나의 성분 100 중량부에 대하여 0.1 내지 10 중량부인 복합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1항에 기재된 궤도 상호 작용 에너지 계수 S가 0.006 이상인 수소 원자를 1분자 중에 평균 2개 이상 갖는 열가소성 수지로 구성된 가황 보조제를 포함하는 복합체.
- 제11항에 있어서, 가황 보조제의 비율이 열가소성 수지 100 중량부에 대하여0.1 내지 30 중량부인 복합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하기의 조합으로 구성되어 있는 복합체.(a) 폴리아미드계 수지와, 카르복실기 또는 산무수물기로 변성되어 있지 않은 비가황 고무와의 조합;(b) 폴리아미드계 수지와, 유기 과산화물 및 다관능성 가황 활성제를 포함하며 동시에 알콕시실란 화합물을 포함하지 않는 비가황 고무와의 조합;(c) 아미노기 및 옥시알킬렌기로부터 선택된 1종 이상을 갖는 방향족 폴리에스테르계 수지와 유기 과산화물을 포함하는 비가황 고무와의 조합;(d) 폴리아세탈계 수지와 유기 과산화물을 포함하는 비가황 고무와의 조합;(e) 폴리페닐렌에테르계 수지와, 유기 과산화물 및 가황 활성제를 포함하는 비가황 고무와의 조합;(f) 폴리술피드계 수지와 유기 과산화물을 포함하는 비가황 고무와의 조합;(g) 폴리프로필렌계 수지와 유기 과산화물을 포함하는 비가황 고무와의 조합;(h) 폴리우레탄계 수지와 유기 과산화물을 포함하는 비가황 고무와의 조합;(i) 열가소성 엘라스토머와 유기 과산화물을 포함하는 비가황 고무와의 조합.
- 제1항에 기재된 열가소성 수지와 라디칼 발생제를 포함하는 비가황 고무를조합하여 사용하며, 열가소성 수지로 구성된 수지 조성물 및 수지 부재 중 하나의 성형 수지재와, 이 성형 수지재와의 접촉면에 있어서 활성인 라디칼 발생제 및 적어도 비가황 고무를 포함하는 고무 조성물 및 그 예비 성형체 중 하나의 성형 고무재를 접촉시켜 성형함과 동시에, 상기 성형 고무재를 가황 또는 가교시키는, 열가소성 수지로 구성된 수지 부재와 가황 고무로 구성된 고무 부재가 접합된 복합체를 제조하는 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 비가황 고무 및 열가소성 수지로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 성분이 가황 활성제를 포함하는 제조 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 제1항에 기재된 궤도 상호 작용 에너지 계수 S가 0.006 이상인 수소 원자를 1분자 중에 평균 2개 이상 갖는 열가소성 수지로 구성된 가황 보조제를 포함하는 제조 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 성형 수지재와 성형 고무재의 접촉면에 가황 활성제를 개재시켜 가열 성형함으로써 수지 부재와 고무 부재가 접합된 복합체를 제조하는 제조 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 성형 수지재와 성형 고무재의 접촉면에 가황 활성제와 제1항에 기재된 궤도 상호 작용 에너지 계수 S가 0.006 이상인 수소 원자를 1분자 중에 평균 2개 이상 갖는 화합물로 구성된 가황 보조제를 포함하는 도포제를 개재시켜 가열 성형함으로써, 수지 부재와 고무 부재가 접합된 복합체를 제조하는 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 기재된 열가소성 수지로 구성된 수지 부재와 가황 고무 부재의 접촉면에 가황 활성제를 개재시켜 가열 성형함으로써, 수지 부재와 고무 부재가 접합된 복합체를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 기재된 열가소성 수지로 구성된 수지 부재와 가황 고무 부재의 접촉면에 가황 활성제와 제1항에 기재된 궤도 상호 작용 에너지 계수 S가 0.006 이상인 수소 원자를 1분자 중에 평균 2개 이상 갖는 화합물로 구성된 가황 보조제를 포함하는 도포제를 개재시켜 가열 성형함으로써, 수지 부재와 고무 부재가 접합된 복합체를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 기재된 열가소성 수지와 라디칼 발생제를 포함하는 비가황 고무를 조합하여 사용하며, 수지 부재의 표면을 수지 부재를 용해 또는 팽윤시키는 용제로 처리한 후, 상기 수지 부재의 처리면과 비가황 고무 조성물을 접촉시켜 열가소성 수지로 구성된 수지 부재와 가황 고무로 구성된 고무 부재가 접합된 복합체를 제조하는 방법.
