Claims (14)
- 물, 2개 이상의 중합가능한 관능기 및 1 또는 2개의 음이온성 관능기를 갖고 라디칼 개시에 의해 중합하는 중합가능한 재료, 및 광에 의해 라디칼을 발생하는 수용성 광중합개시제를 적어도 포함하는 수성 광경화형 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합가능한 재료가 하기 화학식 1의 수용성 중합가능한 화합물인 수성 광경화형 수지 조성물.<화학식 1>상기 식에서,k는 2 또는 3이고,L은 1 또는 3이고,Z는 COO-또는 그의 염이고,A는이고, X는 H 또는 CH3이고,R은 A 군에서는 폴리올, B 군에서는 폴리올의 에폭시 에스테르를 나타낸다.
- 제2항에 있어서, 수용성 광중합개시제가 1개의 음이온성 관능기를 갖는 재료인 수성 광경화형 수지 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 중합가능한 화합물이 A 군에 속하는, 하기 화학식으로 나타내는 A1 내지 A11 군의 중합가능한 재료로 구성된 군에서 선택된 것인 수성 광경화형 수지 조성물.<중합가능한 재료 A1 군><중합가능한 재료 A2 군><중합가능한 재료 A3 군><중합가능한 재료 A4 군><중합가능한 재료 A5 군><중합가능한 재료 A6 군><중합가능한 재료 A7 군><중합가능한 재료 A8 군><중합가능한 재료 A9 군><중합가능한 재료 A10 군><중합가능한 재료 A11 군>상기 식에서,A는이고, X는 H 또는 CH3이고,Rx, Ry, Rz는(여기서, n1은 0 내지 5임) 또는(여기서, n2는 0 내지 5임)이고,Rp는(여기서, n3은 0 내지 5임),(여기서, n4는 0 내지 5임),(COO-또는 그의 염)-(CH2)n5-CO[OCH2CH2]n6- (여기서, n5는 2 내지 6이고, n6은 0 내지 5임),(여기서, n7은 0 내지 5이고, n9는 1 내지 4이고, X2는 할로겐 원자, 알콕시기, 니트로기임), 또는(COO-또는 그의 염)-(CH2)n8NH(CH2)2CO(OCH2CH2)n9- (여기서, n8은 1 내지 6이고, n9는 0 내지 5임)이고,X2는 H, CH3, C2H5이고,n11은 1 내지 5이고,n12는 0 또는 1이다.
- 제2항에 있어서, 중합가능한 화합물이 B 군에 속하는, 하기 화학식으로 나타내는 B1 내지 B4 군의 중합가능한 재료로 구성된 군에서 선택된 것인 수성 광경화형 수지 조성물.<중합가능한 재료 B1 군><중합가능한 재료 B2 군><중합가능한 재료 B3 군><중합가능한 재료 B4 군>상기 식에서,A는이고, X는 H 또는 CH3이고,Rp는(여기서, n3은 0 내지 5임) 또는(여기서, n4는 0 내지 5임)이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수용성 중합개시제가 하기 화학식 TX-1, TX-2 및 TX-3으로 나타내는 화합물로 구성된 군에서 선택된 것인 수성 광경화형 수지 조성물.<화학식 TX-1><화학식 TX-2><화학식 TX-3>상기 식에서,R2는 -(CH2)x- (여기서, x는 0 또는 1임), -O-(CH2)y- (여기서, y는 1 또는 2임) 및 치환 또는 비치환 페닐렌으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 기이고,M은 수소 원자 또는 알칼리 금속이고,R3및 R4는 독립적으로 수소 원자, 또는 치환 또는 비치환 알킬로 구성된 군에서 선택된 기를 나타내고,m은 1 내지 10의 정수이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합가능한 화합물이 3개의 중합가능한 관능기를 갖는 것인 수성 광경화형 수지 조성물.
- 주성분으로서 제1항에 따른 수성 광경화형 수지 조성물을 포함하는 수성 잉크.
- 제8항에 있어서, 음이온성 관능기를 갖는 수성 잉크에 분산된 색재를 더 포함하는 수성 잉크.
- 제8항에 있어서, 잉크젯 기록용 잉크인 수성 잉크.
- 제8항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 수성 잉크를 함유하는 잉크 용기를 포함하는 잉크 카트리지.
- 제10항에 따른 수성 잉크를 함유하는 잉크 용기, 및 잉크가 토출되는 기록 헤드를 포함하는 기록 유닛.
- 제10항에 따른 수성 잉크를 함유하는 잉크 용기, 및 잉크가 토출되는 기록 헤드를 포함하는 잉크젯 기록 장치.
- 하기 화학식 TX-1, TX-2 또는 TX-3로 나타내는 화합물을 포함하는 광중합개시제.<화학식 TX-1><화학식 TX-2><화학식 TX-3>상기 식에서,R2는 -(CH2)x- (여기서, x는 0 또는 1임), -O-(CH2)y- (여기서, y는 1 또는 2임) 및 치환 또는 비치환 페닐렌으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 기이고,M은 수소 원자 또는 알칼리 금속이고,R3및 R4는 독립적으로 수소 원자, 또는 치환 또는 비치환 알킬로 구성된 군에서 선택된 기를 나타내고,m은 1 내지 10의 정수이다.
