Claims (13)
- 에어로졸 흡입용 약제조합물(pharmaceutical formulations)에 사용되는 입자 현탁물의 제조방법은 다음의 단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 약제입자 현탁물의 제조방법(A process for the preparation of suspensions of particles)a)고효율 터빈(high-potency turbine)으로 제공되는 터보유화기기(turboemulsifier)에서 활성제의 현탁물을 가급적 미분화시키는 단계 ;b)위 처리에 따른 현탁물을 고압 균일화기기(a high pressure homogeniser)에서 임의로 추가처리하는 단계
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 방법은a)하나 이상의 미분화된 활성제가 적절한 터보유화기기의 도움으로, 캐리어(carrier), 가열 또는 여과에 의해 선택적으로 무균화되고 선택적으로 포함되는습윤제, 점증제, 보존제, 안정제, 등 침투제(isotonicity agents) 및/또는 완충제(buffers)를 구성하는 수용액에서 분산되고 ;b)이에 따라 발생되는 현탁물은 고압 균일화기기에서 균일화(homogenising) 및 미분화(micronising)의 단계로 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 약제입자 현탁물의 제조방법
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 제조는 무균 미분화 활성제로 부터 개시되는 무균조건(sterile conditions)하에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 약제입자 현탁물의 제조방법
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 비 미분화 형태로 되고 비 무균 분말(non-sterile power)의 형태로 활성제(active ingredient)로 부터 개시되어 제조되는 현탁물은 고압 균일화처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 약제입자 현탁물의 제조방법
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 미분화 활성제는 코르티코스테로이드(corticosteroid)인 것을 특징으로 하는 약제입자 현탁물의 제조방법
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 미분화된 활성제는 감마선 방사에 의해 무균처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 약제입자 현탁물의 제조방법
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 미분화 활성제는 베클로메타손 디프로피오네이트(beclomethasone dipropionate)인 것을 특징으로 하는 약제입자 현탁물의 제조방법
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 90% 이상의 입자의체적직경은 5㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 약제입자 현탁물의 제조방법
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 고압 균일화처리가 500∼1000 바아(bar)의 압력에서 특히 그 중에서도 가급적 600∼800 바아에서 일어나는 것을 특징으로 하는 약제입자 현탁물의 제조방법
- 팜 유럽 기준(Ph.Eur)에 따라 무균으로 되는 치료가능한 미분화 베클로메타손 디프로피오네이트(Therapeutically acceptable micronised beclomethasone dipropionate)
- 2∼9 KGy 에서 감마선 방사로 구성되는 미분화 베클로메타손 디프로피오네이트의 무균화 방법(A process for the sterilisation of micronised beclomethasone dipropionate)
- 코 또는 폐의 알러지 조건 및/또는 염증성 조건으로의 처리로 한 약물의 제조에 있어 상기 특허청구항 제 10∼11 항에 따른 BDP 의 사용(Use of BDP according to claim 10-11)
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 사용은 폐기관 디스플라시아(bronchopulmonary dysplasia)의 처리로 사용상 특허청구항 12 항에 따른 BDP 의 사용
