Claims (13)
- 수평균 축합도(n)가 20이상이고, 멜라민의 함량은 인원자의 mol당 1.1mol이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 1,3,5-트리아진 화합물의 다중인산염.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 수평균 축합도(n)가 40이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 1,3,5-트리아진 화합물의 다중인산염.
- 멜라민 함량이 인원자의 mol당 1.2mol 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 1,3,5-트리아진 화합물의 다중인산염.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,10%의 염의 슬러리 수용액의 pH는 5 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 1,3,5-트리아진 화합물의 다중인산염.
- 실내온도에서 오르토인산으로 1,3,5-트리아진 화합물을 1,3,5-트리아진 화합물의 인산염으로 전환시키고, 상기 염을 열처리를 통해서 1,3,5-트리아진 화합물의 다중인산염으로 전환시키는, 20이상의 수평균 축합도(n)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 1,3,5-트리아진 화합물의 다중인산염의 제조방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,1,3,5-트리아진 화합물의 인산염이 300℃ 이상의 온도에서 1,3,5-트리아진 화합물의 다중인산염으로 전환되는 것을 특징으로 하는 1,3,5-트리아진 화합물의 다중인산염의 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,40이상의 수평균 축합도가 수득되는 것을 특징으로 하는 1,3,5-트리아진 화합물의 다중인산염의 제조방법.
- 제 5 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,1,3,5-트리아진 화합물의 인산염이 310℃ 이상의 온도에서 1,3,5-트리아진 화합물의 다중인산염으로 전환되는 것을 특징으로 하는 1,3,5-트리아진 화합물의 다중인산염의 제조방법.
- 20이상의 수평균 축합도를 갖는 1,3,5-트리아진 화합물의 다중인산염이 방염성분으로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방염성 중합체 조성물.
- 중합체의 35-55wt%, 20이상의 수평균 축합도(n)를 갖는 1,3,5-트리아진 화합물의 다중인산염의 15-45wt%, 강화섬유의 0-50wt%, 탄소-형성 화합물의 0-20wt% 및 촉매 촉진 탄소 형성의 0-10wt%을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방염성 중합체 조성물.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,멜라민, 멜람, 멜렘, 멜론 또는 이들의 혼합물이 1,3,5-트리아진 화합물로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방염성 중합체 조성물.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,멜라민이 1,3,5-트리아진 화합물로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방염성 중합체 조성물.
- 제 9 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,1,3,5-트리아진 화합물의 다중인산염을 포함하는 방염성 조성물 및 제2 방염제가 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방염성 중합체 조성물.
