Abstract
Description
WO 97/44377에 따라 제조된 것과 같이 1.0 내지 1.1의 멜라민/인 몰비를 갖는 멜라민 폴리인산염의 한가지 단점은 중합체중에서 방염제로 사용하기에 부적당하다는 것이다. 상기는 예를들어 나일론 및 폴리에스테르와 같이 상기 염이 충분한 열안정성을 나타내지 않는 높은 온도에서 통상적으로 처리되는 중합체의 경우에 특히 해당한다. 더우기, 상기 염의 pH는 상대적으로 낮아서, 충격강도, 인장강도 및 파열강도와 같은 중합체의 기계적 성질에 역효과를 주는 경향이 있다.
Claims (13)
- 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 1,3,5-트리아진 화합물의 폴리인산염으로서,(화학식 1)[상기 화학식 1에서,M은 1,3,5-트리아진 화합물을 나타내며,n은 정수로서, 수평균 축합도(the number average degree of condensation)의 척도를 나타냄]상기 수평균 축합도(n)는 20 내지 200이며, 트리아진 함량은 인 원자 1몰당 트리아진 1.1몰 내지 2.0몰이고, 10%의 수중 1,3,5-트리아진 화합물의 폴리인산염 슬러리의 pH는 5 내지 14이며,상기 트리아진은 멜라민, 멜람, 멜렘, 멜론, 암멜린, 암멜리드, 2-우레이도멜라민, 아세토구아나민, 벤조구아나민 및 디아민 페닐트리아진, 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 1,3,5-트리아진 화합물의 폴리인산염.
