Claims (13)
- 하기 (A)성분, (B)성분, (C)성분 및 (D)성분을 필수 성분으로 하는 난연제 조성물;(A)성분 : 하기 화학식 1로 표현되는 인산염 화합물(a)(B)성분 : 하기 화학식 3으로 표현되는 인산염 화합물(b)(C)성분 : 이산화규소(D)성분 : 고급 지방족 카르복실산, 고급 지방족 카르복실산염, 지방산 아미드계 화합물, 일가 또는 다가 알코올과 고급 지방족 카르복실산과의 에스테르에서 선택되는 1종 이상[화학식 1](식중, n은 1∼100의 수를 나타내고, X1은 암모니아 또는 하기 화학식 2로 표현되는 트리아진 유도체이며, 0〈p≤n+2이다)[화학식 2](식중, Z1 및 Z2는 동일해도 되고 달라도 되며, -NR5R6기〔여기에서 R5 및 R6은 동일 또는 다르며 수소원자, 탄소원자수 1∼6의 직쇄 혹은 분기의 알킬기 혹은 메틸올기〕, 수산기, 메르캅토기, 탄소원자수 1∼10의 직쇄 혹은 분기의 알킬기, 탄소원자수 1∼10의 직쇄 혹은 분기의 알콕시기, 페닐기 및 비닐기로 이루어지는 그룹에서 선택되는 기이다)[화학식 3](식중, r은 1∼100을 나타내고, Y1은〔R1R2N(CH2)mNR3R4〕, 피페라진 또는 피페라진 고리를 포함하는 디아민이며, R1, R2, R3 및 R4는 각각 수소원자, 탄소원자수 1∼5의 직쇄 혹은 분기의 알킬기이고, R1, R2, R3 및 R4는 동일한 기(基)여도 되고 달라도 되며, m은 1∼10의 정수이고, 0〈q≤r+2이다).
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 1로 표현되는 (A)성분과 상기 화학식 3으로 표현되는 (B)성분의 배합비율(질량기준)이, (A)성분/(B)성분=20/80∼60/40이고, 또한 (A)성분과 (B)성분의 합계 100질량부에 대하여 (C)성분을 0.01∼10질량부, (D)성분을 0.01∼10질량부 배합하여 이루어지는 난연제 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 (A)성분으로서, 상기 화학식 1에 있어서의 n이 2, p가 2, X1이 멜라민(Z1과 Z2가 -NH2)인 피로인산멜라민을 사용하는 난연제 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 (B)성분으로서, 상기 화학식 3에 있어서의 q가 1, Y1이 피페라진인 폴리인산피페라진을 사용하는 난연제 조성물.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리인산피페라진이 피로인산피페라진인 난연제 조성물.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 (C)성분인 이산화규소가 소수화 실리카인 난연제 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 (D)성분이 스테아린산인 난연제 조성물.
