Claims (11)
- 볶은 커피 원두를 2축 압출기에 충전하고, 스크류의 회전에 의한 분쇄 직후 또는 분쇄와 동시에 2℃~30℃의 용매를 첨가하고, 같은 방향으로 회전하는 2개의 스크류 사이에 커피 분산액을 통과시켜 연속적으로 전단, 혼연, 유화 중 하나 이상을 실시함으로써 식품 유용 성분의 용매로의 추출을 실시하고, 필요에 따라서 추출 찌꺼기를 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 추출액을 제조하는 방법.
