Claims (24)
- 병렬 배치된 복수의 광 파이버가 테이프재로 피복되어 이루어지는 광파이버 테이프 코어로서,상기 복수의 광파이버 각각은 파장 1.55㎛에서의 Petermann-I의 정의에 근거하는 모드 필드 직경이 8㎛ 이하이고, 파장 1.3㎛에서의 Petermann-I의 정의에 근거하는 모드 필드 직경은 6㎛ 이상이며, 케이블 컷오프 파장은 1.26㎛ 이하이고, 파장 1.55㎛에서의 벤딩 직경 15mm에서의 벤딩 손실은 0.02dB/turn 이하이며,상기 각각의 광 파이버에서 1.3㎛의 파장 및 1.55㎛의 파장 각각에서 파장 분산(dispersion)의 절대값은 12ps/㎚/㎞ 이하이고,단심 분리 시의 파장 1.55㎛에서의 손실 변화는 1.0dB 이하이며,상기 복수의 광파이버의 병렬 배치면에 수직인 방향의 두께는 155㎛ 미만이고,상기 복수의 광파이버 각각은 착색층으로 피복되어 있으며,상기 착색층과 상기 테이프재 사이의 밀착력이 180도 박리 시험에서 0.4~5.0g/cm이고,상기 복수의 광파이버 각각의 보호 피복층은 2층으로, 양층의 두께는 15~37.5㎛ 이며, 내측 보호 피복층의 영률(Young's modulus)은 0.2kg/mm2 이하이고, 외측 보호 피복층의 영률은 10kg/mm2 이상이며,길이 방향의 전체가 상기 테이프재로 피복되어 있는것을 특징으로 하는 광파이버 테이프 코어.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 복수의 광파이버의 병렬 배치면에 수직인 방향의 상기 테이프재의 두께는 상기 복수의 광파이버 각각의 중심을 지날 때보다, 상기 복수의 광파이버 사이를 지날 때가 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 광파이버 테이프 코어.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 케이블 컷오프 파장은 1.00㎛ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 광파이버 테이프 코어.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 복수의 광파이버 각각의 파장 1.3㎛에서의 전송 손실은 0.5dB/km 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 광파이버 테이프 코어.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 복수의 광파이버 각각은 신장 왜곡 1.5% 이상인 프루프 테스트(proof test)를 합격한 것을 특징으로 하는 광파이버 테이프 코어.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 복수의 광파이버 각각은 신장 왜곡 2.5% 이상인 프루프 테스트를 합격한 것을 특징으로 하는 광파이버 테이프 코어.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 복수의 광파이버 각각의 피로 계수가 50 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 광파이버 테이프 코어.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 복수의 광파이버 각각의 클래드 직경의 최대값과 최소값의 차가 1.0㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 광파이버 테이프 코어.

- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,중간부에서 단심 분리를 행할 때의 파장 1.55㎛에서의 전송 손실의 증가가 0.9dB 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 광파이버 테이프 코어.
